Tasks help you manage manual actions such as calls, manual emails, LinkedIn steps, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and more. They can be created automatically from manual steps in Reply sequences or added manually outside a sequence.
In this article, you'll learn how to create, filter, execute, and delete tasks in Findy.

Go to Findy → Tasks.
Click ➕ in the top-right corner.

(Optional) Set a due date. By default, the due date is set to 1 hour after the task is created.
Select a contact.
Add a description or message.
Click Create task.
Filter tasks
You can use filters to organize and find tasks more easily.

You can combine multiple filters. When several filters are applied, tasks are shown only if they match all selected criteria.
Execute tasks
You can execute multiple tasks from Reply in Findy.
To do this:
Select the tasks and click Launch in Findy,
Or go to Execution → Tasks in Reply and click Launch in Reply.Findy will open in execution mode.
Follow the prompts to complete each task.
If you select completed tasks, they will be skipped and won't appear in the Findy task dashboard.
In Findy, team users can only see and execute tasks assigned to them.
💡 Important: Clicking Complete only marks the task as completed but does not execute the action. To perform the task, use the corresponding action button (for example, Send & Complete, Call, or Send message).
