How do I create a contact manually?

In Reply, you have complete control over your contacts, so if you need to add someone manually, you can! This article will help you with the steps. Here is how you can do it👇

1. Go to the People page;
2. Click the New Contact button;
3. Choose Create manually:
4. Fill in the contact's fields;
5. Hit Save and it's done!

💡 Important: The First Name field is mandatory. Email is optional, so you can save a contact even if you do not have their email address.
