HubSpot BCC settings in Reply

Sync your email activity from Reply to HubSpot

Besides the native integration, BCC settings let you send email activity from Reply to HubSpot by adding a blind copy to your emails. This includes outgoing emails and replies, so your HubSpot stays up to date with your outreach activity.

To connect Reply with HubSpot using BCC:

  1. Go to Settings → Emails in Reply.

  2. Open the BCC settings section.

  3. Enter your HubSpot BCC address in this format:
    [email protected] (where xxxxxxx is your HubSpot ID).

  4. Optionally select the checkbox to not forward Out of office, Auto reply and Bounced emails to sync only relevant responses.

Once you add the HubSpot BCC address, Reply will start sending email activity to HubSpot.

Existing HubSpot contacts will be updated with email activity from Reply. New contacts will be created in HubSpot if they don't already exist.

💡 Note: HubSpot may sometimes show false opens when using Reply's email tracking.
