Sync HubSpot contacts and lists with Findy

While the native HubSpot integration syncs contacts automatically, you can also use Findy, the Reply Chrome extension, to manually sync contacts and contact lists from HubSpot to Reply.

Findy supports syncing the following default fields: Email, Phone, Company, Location, Timezone.

Sync individual contacts

To sync an individual contact:

  1. Go to Findy.

  2. Open the CRM Sync tab.

  3. Open the contact in HubSpot – it will automatically sync in Findy.

  4. Click Save in Findy.

  5. (Optionally) Choose to move the contact to a list or a sequence.

If the contact is new, Findy will offer to save it in Reply. You can then add it to a list or a sequence.

If the contact already exists, Findy will show the Move option. You can use it to add the contact to a list or a sequence.

Sync contact lists

To sync a contact list:

  1. Go to Findy.

  2. Click CRM Sync.

  3. Open your list in HubSpot.

  4. Select the contacts and click Save contacts.

  5. (Optionally) Choose to move contacts to a list or a sequence.

💡 Note: Make sure the email column is enabled in your HubSpot list view. Otherwise, syncing won't start.
