AI Learnings is an AI SDR agent that learns from how you edit AI-generated messages and turns those changes into rules for future message generation.
This feature is currently available in beta. To use it, enable beta in your account settings.
When you adjust a generated message in Approval mode, sequence Preview, or Inbox, AI Learnings automatically detects patterns in your edits and creates a rule based on them. This rule is then applied to future messages to better match your writing style and preferences.
For example, if you regularly remove a prospect's name from subject lines, AI Learnings may suggest a rule such as "Avoid using a prospect's name in subject lines" and apply it to future messages.
Create an AI Learning
AI Learnings can learn from your edits automatically, or you can create rules manually.
To create a learning:
Go to AI Learnings in the left menu.
Click Add learning.
Describe the rule you want AI to follow.
Choose where it applies:
Outbound communication – for outgoing emails
Reply handling – for incoming replies
Save.
AI Learnings is currently user-based, meaning that if you're part of a team, rules are stored and applied within your account only.
Enable or disable AI Learnings
To turn an AI Learning on or off, use the toggle next to it.
Edit a learning
To edit a learning:
Click the three dots next to the learning.
Select Edit.
Make your changes and save.
Delete a learning
Click the three dots next to the learning.
Select Delete.
Confirm the action.
