Findy in Gmail

Learn how to manage Reply contacts and templates directly inside Gmail with Findy

Written by Tania

Findy works directly inside Gmail and connects your inbox with Reply. You can save contacts, update existing ones, add them to sequences, and use Reply templates right from Gmail.

Everything syncs automatically with your Reply account, so you don't need to switch tools.

To start using Findy in Gmail:

  1. Install Findy and sign in.

  2. Open the Gmail account connected to Reply.

Save and update contacts

You can save or update contacts from Gmail. When you hover over a contact, Findy opens a contact card with pre-filled details such as:

  • Email

  • First name

  • Last name

To save a contact, simply edit any field in the card and click Save. If the contact already exists in Reply, you can update their details in the same view. You can also move contacts to a list or add them to a sequence directly from the contact card.

Add contacts to sequences

Enter a prospect's email in the compose window and add them straight to a sequence.

Insert Reply templates in Gmail

With Findy, you can use your Reply template library directly in the Gmail compose window. You can pick templates from:

  • Personal folders

  • Shared team folders

  • Community templates

Save templates from Gmail

You can also write and save templates while working in the Gmail compose window. Saved templates are automatically added to your Reply library.
