If you need to change an email address for a Bounced contact and re-send the email, follow these steps:
Select the contact and update the email address.
Remove the Bounced status.
3. Please note that after removing the 'Bounced' status, Reply will no longer detect replies for this particular email. To proceed with this action, click the 'Confirm' button that appears in the pop-up window.
4. To resend the email, click 'Yes' in the following pop-up.
That's it! Reply will now send the planned emails to the contacts as scheduled.
