How can I resend a bounced email?

Reply automatically assigns the Bounced status to the contact once the email bounces. This article will help you with the steps to remove the status and resend the email.

Steps to follow

  1. Go to the People tab;

  2. Select the contact;

  3. Click on the Change status icon:

  4. Hit "-" next to the Bounced status;

  5. Apply the changes:

  6. Confirm and done!

If you change the email address of the prospect, we won’t be able to detect replies for the previous email address. However, removing the Bounced status itself does not prevent the detection of replies. If you resend the last email after removing the Bounced status, we should detect replies for that email.
