Can I change an email for one prospect?

The best way to customize an automatic email for a contact is through the Preview tab. This article will help you with the steps. Here is how you can do it:

  1. Open the sequence;

  2. Go to the Preview tab;

  3. Choose the prospect from the list;

  4. Change the email body on the right:

  5. Save the changes and it's done!

Within the Preview tab, you can change the text, and links, upload images, and attach files. The changes you do here are not reflected in the original sequence step, so you are safe.

๐Ÿ’ก Important:

  • Customized emails do not support CC functionality.

  • Variables cannot be modified on this page. The Reply feature automatically populates them directly from the contact's card, so any alterations will be reverted.

  • When customizing A/B test emails, only one variation can be changed.
