Reply supports a native Zapmail integration that lets you export mailboxes to your Reply account in bulk. In this article, you'll learn how to export mailboxes from Zapmail to Reply and connect them to Mailtoaster for email warm-up.
Export Zapmail mailboxes to Reply
To export mailboxes from Zapmail to Reply:
In Zapmail, select the mailboxes you want to export.
Click Export at the top of the page.
Choose Reply as the platform.
Copy your Reply API key from Settings → API Key.
💡The API key is unique to each user and workspace.
Paste the API key into Zapmail and click Login to Export.
The selected mailboxes will be queued for export and connected to your Reply account.
Export Zapmail mailboxes to MailToaster
Connecting mailboxes to Reply does not automatically connect them to MailToaster.
If you want to use MailToaster for email warm-up, you need to connect the mailboxes there separately.
💡 Before exporting, please make sure your Mailtoaster account is linked to Reply. Follow these steps to connect your accounts.
To export Zapmail mailboxes to MailToaster:
In Zapmail, select the mailboxes and click Export.
Scroll down to All connected platforms and select MailToaster.
Enter your MailToaster account details (login and password).
Click Export.
Done! Your mailboxes are now connected to MailToaster.
