GSuite (Google Workspace) can block email accounts if it considers your activity suspicious.

Here are some examples of suspicious activity:

  • Unusual sending volumes (a sudden increase in sending volume)

  • Recipients marking emails as spam

  • Your emails being categorized as spam

There are two types of account suspension:

  1. Your email account can be completely blocked:

In this case, Reply no longer has access to your email account, so emails will not be sent.

To restore your suspended account, please contact your Google Workspace Admin, or if you have Admin access, follow the guide below:

However, sometimes GSuite (Google Workspace) lowers your sending capacity to the minimum instead of blocking your account.

If you notice that you have started to receive this type of bounce-back message, it means that your provider, GSuite (Google Workspace), has limited your sending volumes:

In this case, all your emails sent from a third-party tool will bounce back.

Reply detects such bounces and stops the sending process from your account.

You can find more details about this feature here:

Before you resume your sending process in Reply, you will need to wait at least 24 hours for Gmail to stop limiting you.

After that, please lower your sending volumes to the minimum possible for the next several days:

Go to Settings (general) -> Emails accounts -> select an account - Safety

If you do not experience sending limitations any more, you can slowly increase your sending volumes.
