Please note that during the trial, you'll have access to one seat for LinkedIn automation, enabling connection and outreach through a single LinkedIn account at a time. Additionally, there's a restriction of executing a maximum of five actions for each connection type available in Reply.

Advanced Reports

Roles & Permissions

Manage team roles and permissions to ensure smooth collaboration and control over access to sensitive data.

What Happens When the Trial Ends?

Upon the trial's conclusion, you'll automatically transition to the free plan.

If you decide to subscribe and unlock the platform's full potential, you can upgrade to one of the available plans (Starter, Professional, Custom, or Ultimate Bundle) via the Plans & Billing page. Plans can be adjusted based on your requirements, allowing for increases in the number of team members, seats, and add-ons. Downgrading to any other plan or the free plan is also an option at any time.

Trial + Add-ons

During the trial period, you have the option to purchase any available add-ons in Reply. Add-ons are paid subscriptions for specific features, such as adding more team members, connecting additional email accounts (mailboxes), utilizing LinkedIn automation, and making cloud calls. The cost of add-ons purchased during the trial is prorated based on the remaining trial days.

Important Notes

  1. The Reply trial period lasts for 14 days and does not offer multiple trials. Even if you purchase add-ons that unlock premium features during the trial, you will only be charged for the remaining trial days. This approach ensures fairness and transparency in billing.

For example, suppose you decide to purchase add-ons on the 10th day of your trial. In such a scenario, you will only be charged for the remaining 4 days of the trial instead of the full price of the add-ons. This flexible approach enables you to explore the premium features without committing to a full purchase until the trial period concludes.

  2. Additionally, Reply offers the option to trial Warm-Up in Mailtoaster, a feature designed to establish a positive sender reputation, enhance email deliverability, and ensure crucial messages reach their intended recipients.
