Errors in sequence logs

Last updated on Oct 23, 2026

This article lists the errors you can see in the new Log tab view of a sequence, what each one means and how to fix it.

💡 This feature is currently available in beta. To use it, enable beta in your account settings.

To learn how the Log tab works and how to filter it, see our article on Sequence logs.

How errors are shown

Errors appear in the Errors & Issues category:

  • red errors stop sending from an email account or LinkedIn account. They come with a button that takes you to the fix: Reconnect account, Open email accounts, Edit account limits or Refresh LinkedIn cookie;
  • errors tagged No action needed don't have a fix button. Some of them still need a change from you, described in the tables below.

The messages below show the start of the text you'll see in the log. Logs are kept for 30 days.
