Contact enrichment helps you automatically fill in missing contact details, like LinkedIn URLs, job titles, and company names.
If a contact already has an email address, the system will try to find their LinkedIn profile and use it to update their job title and company name.
You can enrich contacts one by one or in bulk from the People page, or during CSV import. Once enriched, the new details will be added to each contact's profile automatically.
In order to enrich prospects, you'll need Realtime Data and Jason AI credits.
1 enrichment = 1 data credit
💡You're only charged for successful enrichments. If the system can't find any data for a contact, no credits will be used. If you need more credits, you can purchase them anytime by going to Plans & billing → Manage current subscription.
Let's take a closer look at how it works!
How to enrich prospects from the People page?
Go to the People page.
Select the contacts you want to enrich.
Click Enrich from the menu.
Select contact enrichment settings and click on Start enrichment.
Keep existing data will only add missing LinkedIn URLs. If a contact has a job title or company name, those fields will not be changed.
Override with new data will add LinkedIn URLs and also update the job title and company name if more recent information is found.
5. That's it! You’ll get a notification once it’s done.
How to enrich prospects during CSV import?
Go to the People page → New contact → Import from CSV.
Choose the CSV file.
Turn on the Enrich contacts toggle.
