Reply allows you to blacklist unwanted contacts and organizations to prevent contacting them. Even if you move a blacklisted contact to a sequence, they will not receive your emails.

Blacklisting a contact

If you want to blacklist a particular person instead of adding the whole domain to the blacklist, follow these steps👇

  1. Select the contact on the People tab;

  2. Click on More to expand the drop-down menu;

  3. Choose Blacklist:

  4. In the popup window, click Blacklist 1 contact

Blacklisted contacts are marked with a black dot, so they are easy to spot!

Blacklisting contacts by domain

To blacklist all contacts within a particular domain (for example, domain.com), check the steps below:

  1. Select any contact that belongs to the domain;

  2. Click More to expand the drop-down menu;

  3. Choose Blacklist:

  4. In the popup window, click Blacklist domain:

Once it is done, you can find the blacklisted domain with the number of contacts in your Settings.

💡 Important: Removing the domain from the blacklist also removes the associated contacts emails.

Blacklisting a domain

There is also an option to blacklist domains using CSV upload and entering the domain details manually. Here is how you can do it:

  1. Move to the Blacklist section of your Settings;

  2. Click the Add Domains button;

  3. Pick the needed options:

Then you may either upload a CSV with the domains and enter each manually. It is up to you!
