When you decide to upgrade, please log in to your account and go to Settings -> Plans & Billing tab, where you'll find a Change plan button.

You'll be navigated to the pricing options:

Select your plan and click Continue. You'll be redirected to the page for entering and adding all the add-ons :

After that, you will be transferred to the page to enter all your payment details. Specify all of the information required for the subscription and confirm by clicking the Subscribe button.

Please note that you'll be automatically charged according to your plan.
