To customize an email for an individual prospect, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Sequences page and open the needed sequence.

Choose the desired prospect from the list.

3. Choose the desired prospect from the list.
4. Customize any step as needed.

Within the Preview tab, you can modify text, incorporate links, upload images, and attach files using the respective icons in the toolbar. It's important to note that any adjustments made in this preview mode do not impact the primary sequence template.

Customized emails do not support CC functionality.

Variables cannot be modified on this page. The Reply feature automatically populates variables with information sourced directly from the contact, and any attempted alterations will be reverted.

When customizing A/B test emails, only one variation can be changed.
