To use the Email Validation Service, you must buy email validations. From now on email validation credits are provided as monthly subscription. To subscribe:

  • Navigate to the Settings page - Plans & Billing tab - Subscription - Email validation.
  • Select your monthly package.
  • Click Apply changes.

If you use all validation credits within a month, you will see the following error when trying to validate an email:

In this case, you can purchase additional credits in the Billing section.

Note: once you cancel your Reply subscription, the credits will be removed, so we recommend to cancel only when you use the full monthly quota.
