If you need to set up multiple email accounts at once, you can use our bulk import feature with a CSV file. Follow these steps to get started:
Download a sample CSV file.
Make a copy of this file so you can edit it and insert the account details.
Navigate to your account Settings and go to Email Accounts.
Click on New Email Account.
Choose Import from CSV and upload your file.
When setting up your email accounts using the bulk import feature, you'll need to fill in several fields in the CSV file. Here’s what each field represents:
Email - The email address you want to connect;
Daily Limit - The maximum number of emails that can be sent per day from this email account;
Sender Name - The name that will appear as the sender of the emails sent from this account;
SMTP Host - The address of the SMTP server used to send emails from this account (smtp.gmail.com for Gmail accounts);
SMTP Port - The port number used by the SMTP server (465 for SSL);
SMTP Password - The password for the email account that will be used to authenticate with the SMTP server;
SMTP SSL (Optional) - Indicates whether SSL should be used when connecting to the SMTP server. Enter TRUE to enable SSL, or FALSE if not required;
IMAP Host - The address of the IMAP server used to receive emails for this account (imap.gmail.com for Gmail accounts);
IMAP Port - The port number used by the IMAP server (993 for SSL connections);
IMAP Password - The password for the email account used to authenticate with the IMAP server. This may be the same as your SMTP password;
IMAP SSL (Optional) - Indicates whether SSL should be used when connecting to the IMAP server. Enter TRUE to enable SSL, or FALSE if not required.
💡 Bulk mailbox import works only for mailboxes that use SMTP for sending emails. Gmail and Outlook Single-Click do not support bulk import because each mailbox requires individual authorization.
With the same CSV file, you can also upload your mailboxes for warm-up to our partner product, Mailtoaster.
You can also export mailboxes through our partners and use the same CSV file to upload them in bulk to Reply. Our partners include:
Mailreef (supports direct API integration with Reply, as well as CSV files)
