How to filter prospects by the "Creation source"?

Learn how to filter contacts by "Creation source" on the People tab

You can easily sort through prospects based on their designated sources, whether they originate from Reply Data, Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, manual additions, API integrations, or even CSV imports. This filtering feature empowers you to swiftly pinpoint and engage with the most relevant prospects, streamlining your outreach efforts.

To filter prospects by the "Creation source" filter, follow these steps:

  1. Open the People page and navigate to the Contacts tab. Alternatively, you can also proceed to the People tab directly from the sequence.

  2. Click on the ADD FILTER button located at the top of the page.

  3. The new smart filter pop-up will appear. You can optionally provide a name for your filter in the Filter name field.

  4. From the dropdown menu in the Property field, choose "Creation source."

  5. Next, select the appropriate condition:

    • "Is" to view all contacts associated with the specified value.

    • "Is not" to exclude contacts with the defined creation source.

  6. Select the corresponding value from the available creation sources:

    • Other (CooperCrm, CloseIo, BaseCrm, LeadSorting, and others)

    • Reply Data (DataSearch, ChromeExtension)

    • Salesforce

    • Pipedrive

    • Import CSV

    • Manual entry

    • Reply API

    • HubSpot

  7. Click on the Apply button to view instant results. Alternatively, you can click Save to both see the results and save this filter for future use.
