Learn how the trial period works in Reply and what features are included

When you sign up for Reply, you automatically start a free 14-day trial. This trial lets you explore key features before choosing a paid plan.

The trial period gives you access to the features included in the Email Volume plan.

💡 Important: The trial does not require any payment commitment. If you don't upgrade, the trial simply expires after 14 days. Reply offers only one trial per account.

What's included in the trial

During the trial, you can use the following features:

Email sequences

Create and run email-based sequences with personalization, tasks, and Zapier integrations.


💡 Important: LinkedIn automation is not included by default, but it can be purchased as an add-on during the trial.

2 mailboxes

Connect up to two email accounts to run your sequences.

300 active contacts

You can reach out to up to 300 unique prospects and send unlimited follow-ups to them during the trial.

50 Reply credits

You can use Reply credits to access Reply data to find prospects that match your criteria, build outreach lists, use AI variables, or enrich contacts.

200 Website visitors credits

Capture and engage people who visit your website, and add them to your Reply sequences.

Roles & Permissions

New accounts are created under the Roles & Permissions account model. It supports multiple teams within one account, and each user can be assigned a specific role with defined permissions.

Warm-up in Mailtoaster

During the trial, you can also try warm-up in Mailtoaster. The Mailtoaster trial lasts 14 days and allows you to connect one email account.

Advanced reports

View detailed performance reports by channel.

Integrations (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and others)

Connect Reply with popular CRMs like Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and other platforms using APIs or no-code tools like Zapier.

Chrome extension

Manage manual outreach tasks and generate leads from LinkedIn using Findy.

Email tracking

Track opens, clicks, and replies for your email campaigns.

Meetings booking

Let prospects book meetings with you directly.

Automated triggers

Set up automated triggers that run when specific conditions are met.

API calls

Use up to 15,000 API calls per user during the trial.

When the trial ends

After the 14-day trial period, you can upgrade by choosing a paid plan from the Plans & Billing page. Available plans include Email Volume, Multichannel, and AI SDR. During the upgrade, you can adjust the number of seats, team members, and add-ons based on your needs.

Trial add-ons

During the trial, you can purchase any available add-ons, such as:

  • LinkedIn automation

  • Additional team members

  • Extra mailboxes

  • Cloud calls

💡 Important: Add-ons purchased during the trial are charged only for the remaining trial days.


Example:
If you buy an add-on on day 10 of the trial, you pay only for the remaining 4 days.
