The WhatsApp step allows you to include WhatsApp messages in a sequence. After adding it, the system creates a task in Findy, where you can manage the message and personalize it if needed before sending. Learn how to create the WhatsApp step in a sequence in this article.

To send the WhatsApp task in Findy, follow these steps:
Open Findy by clicking on the extension's icon in your Reply account.
You can access your WhatsApp tasks either on the Tasks page in Reply or directly in Findy by clicking Tasks.
Select the pending task that you created earlier in the sequence step and click Launch. You can launch tasks either on the Tasks page in Reply or directly in Findy.
In the task editor, you can view and modify the previously generated text.
Click Send WhatsApp. If you select Complete, the WhatsApp message will not be sent, and the contacts will move to the next step in the sequence.
Then, select the Web Interface or WhatsApp Desktop based on where you’re logged into your WhatsApp account.
After that, you will be redirected to your WhatsApp account, where you will see your message. Click Send to send the WhatsApp message.
💡 Note that the system does not track replies from WhatsApp messages, so you’ll need to check them directly in your WhatsApp account.
