Sequence logs

Learn how to check your sequence logs to see all events and troubleshoot issues

Written by Reply Team

The Logs tab in a sequence contains technical information about events that take place in the sequence. If an error occurs, the logs can help you understand and resolve the issue.

To access them, open your sequence and click the Logs tab.

[Beta] Sequence logs are grouped into four categories: Errors & Issues, Sending Activity, Settings & Changes, and Autopilot (for AI SDR sequences) to make it easier to find relevant events and troubleshoot issues.

You can also filter events by category, date, or email account.

Repeated events are grouped into a single entry, so you can see how many times an event occurred and the date range in which it happened.

For critical errors that require action, you can use available quick-fix options, such as reconnecting an email account.

Checks before a sequence starts

Before a sequence starts, Reply checks the following:

  1. The email account is linked to the sequence.

  2. The email account is set up correctly.

  3. All prospects are active in the sequence.

  4. The LinkedIn account is linked to the sequence.

  5. The selected schedule is valid.

  6. The follow-up schedule is valid.

If a check fails, the sequence may not start, and an error is recorded in the logs.
