Jason AI mobile app
The Jason AI mobile app lets you manage your Inbox, review pending approvals, stay up to date with account activity, and
chat with Jason AI directly from your iOS or Android device. You can reply to prospects, manage AI-generated messages,
receive push notifications when something new comes in, and use Agentic Chat to ask questions or get help with your
account and tasks.

Once you're signed in, you'll see 5 tabs: Inbox, Approvals, Notifications, Profile and AI Agentic Chat.
Inbox
The Inbox tab lets you manage conversations and reply to prospects from your mobile device.
Filters
The filters at the top let you quickly switch between All, Unread, AI Draft, Meeting Intent, Interested, Not Interested,
Do Not Contact, Not Now, and Forwarded threads.
You can also use the search bar to find a specific conversation or message.
For more advanced filtering, tap Filters to narrow down conversations by:
- Channel – Email or LinkedIn
- Inbox category – Interested, Not Interested, Do Not Contact, Not Now, Forwarded, or Meeting Intent
- Date range – Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last year, or All time
- Sequence
- Team member
- Email account
- LinkedIn account
Conversation actions
You can swipe left on a conversation to quickly:
- Mark it as read/unread.
- Assign an Inbox category.
- Delete the conversation.
Reply and forward
You can open a conversation to read the message history, reply, or forward messages.
Click Send to send your message. When replying, you can also add CC and BCC recipients.
Approvals
The Approvals tab lets you review AI-generated messages that are waiting for approval.
Filter approvals
Filter pending approvals by Email, LinkedIn, Sequence, or Owner, and sort the list by newest or oldest.
Manage approvals
You can select multiple messages and approve them in bulk.
When you open a specific message, you can Skip, Regenerate, Delete, or Approve it. You can also edit the message
directly in the editor before approving it.
Notifications
The Notifications tab shows updates about your Reply account, helping you stay on top of important activity. From here,
you can view your notifications or mark them all as read.
Profile
Open the Profile tab to view your account details and manage your app settings.
Workspace switcher
If you're a member of multiple teams, you can switch between your available workspaces.
Appearance
Choose your preferred appearance by selecting Light, Dark, or System.
Push notifications
From here, you can manage three types of push notifications:
- Notifications – receive alerts about activity in the Notifications tab.
- Inbox – receive push notifications for new Inbox messages.
- Approvals – receive push notifications for new approvals.
If you belong to multiple teams, you can also choose which teams you'd like to receive push notifications from.
At the bottom of the Profile tab, you can also submit app feedback, log out of your account, or delete it.
AI Agentic Chat
The Jason AI mobile app offers the same Agentic Chat experience as the web version.
Tell Jason what you need, ask questions, or request actions, and it can help you manage your Reply account directly from
your mobile device. Agentic Chat is available to all users with the same access as on the web.
