How triggers operate in Team Edition [Beta]

Learn how to use triggers in Reply's TE Public to automate routine tasks for the whole team.

In Team Edition (TE) Public, when a team member creates a trigger, it works for the whole team. For example, you can create a trigger that will apply to all sequences of all the team members. This way, if you have a team of 10, you don't have to create 10 identical triggers for every team member.

However, if you need something specific, you have to set up filters, like Country, Contact owner, Sequence owner, etc. For example, you can create a trigger with a filter for a contact owner to move contacts to a sequence only when the contact owner is Maria M:
