The embedded integration between Reply and Copper CRM lets you add contacts or leads to Reply sequences directly inside Copper CRM.
You can also explore the native Copper CRM integration in Reply, which is used to automatically sync leads and contacts from Copper into Reply.
How to use the embedded integration?
Install the Reply app from the Copper CRM Integrations page.
Open any contact or lead in Copper CRM.
Click the Reply tab.
Log in to your Reply account.
Once you're logged in, select a sequence and the step where the contact should start.
Click Move to Reply.
You can also check notes to see when a contact was added to a Reply sequence and which sequence it was added to.
