Agentic chat [Beta]

Learn how to perform actions in Reply by sending requests in chat

Written by Tania

Agentic chat is an AI assistant built into Reply that helps you complete common tasks and find information across your account. Simply send a message describing what you want to do, and Agentic chat will perform the action or provide the information you need.

It helps you work with sequences, contacts, Inbox activity, analytics, tasks, and settings. It can also search the internet and use the information it finds to answer questions.

This feature is currently available in beta. To use it, enable beta in your account settings.

💡 Important: Some actions cannot be completed in Agentic chat (for example, billing changes or account ownership updates). In these cases, Agentic chat will explain why and show where you can complete the action in Reply. If available, it will also include a direct link.

To use Agentic chat:

  1. Click Agentic chat in the left menu panel.

  2. Send your request in the chat.

  3. Confirm the action if prompted.

💡You can send up to 100 messages per day in Agentic chat.
