Agentic chat is an AI assistant built into Reply that helps you complete common tasks and find information across your account. Simply send a message describing what you want to do, and Agentic chat will perform the action or provide the information you need.
It helps you work with sequences, contacts, Inbox activity, analytics, tasks, and settings. It can also search the internet and use the information it finds to answer questions.
💡 Important: Some actions cannot be completed in Agentic chat (for example, billing changes or account ownership updates). In these cases, Agentic chat will explain why and show where you can complete the action in Reply. If available, it will also include a direct link.
To use Agentic chat:
Click Agentic chat in the left menu panel.
Send your request in the chat.
Confirm the action if prompted.
💡You can send up to 100 messages per day in Agentic chat.

Connect Agentic chat to MCP tools [Beta]
Agentic chat can connect to other tools that support MCP and use the actions they make available.
This feature is currently available in beta. To use it, enable beta in your account settings.
Once connected, you can use Agentic chat to perform actions between Reply and the connected service, for example, sync contacts, accounts, sequences, and lists.
Please note that Agentic chat can only use the tools and actions provided by the connected service. For example, if an MCP integration doesn't support syncing emails, Agentic chat can't perform that action.
You can connect MCP tools from the available list in Agentic chat:
Go to Agentic Chat → Settings.
Click Manage under MCP servers.
Click Connect next to the tool you want to connect.
Complete the authorization.
💡 MCP connections can perform one-time actions. They don't create a recurring or automatic sync between Reply and the connected tool.
