The Content tab serves as the starting point for creating your chatbot with Reply AI Chat. It is like your canvas to paint the character of your AI assistant, shaping it to engage and connect with your audience on a personal level.

Content Tab Configurations

In the Content tab, you'll find detailed configuration options organized into sections, allowing you to tailor your chatbot's personality and create an inviting digital environment. Expand each section to access its all configurations. The sections include:

  • Bot name and welcome message

Assign a personalized name to your chatbot to engage users.

Company name

Add your company's name to display it prominently in the chat header for clarity.

Welcome message

Craft a welcoming introduction to set the tone for conversations.

Input box placeholder

Guide users by providing placeholder text in the message input box, indicating the types of messages they can send. For instance, you can use prompts like 'How can we assist you today?' or 'Feel free to ask us anything!'.

  • Customer support email

Provide an email address for additional support, allowing users to reach a human representative when the chatbot encounters issues or lacks answers. The system displays this email address when needed, enabling users to promptly seek assistance.

Additionally, the chatbot can prompt users to provide their email address during interactions. This feature allows the chatbot to forward relevant details and chat history to a sales representative, ensuring tailored resolutions. This helps sales representatives gain comprehensive context on the issue and provide personalized assistance.

  • Tone of voice

Choose short, medium, or long responses to match the complexity and depth of information users need.

Bot's tone of voice

Define the chatbot’s tone to align with your brand’s communication style. The tones of voices include options:

  • Neutral: Suitable for delivering straightforward and factual information.

  • Formal and professional: Suitable for business transactions.

  • Inspirational and motivational: Empower users with uplifting messages to encourage action or positive thinking.

  • Empathetic and supportive: Foster connections by expressing empathy and understanding towards users' needs or concerns.

  • Educational and informative: Provide users with valuable knowledge and insights clearly and concisely.

  • Conversational and friendly: Create a relaxed atmosphere with a casual tone, perfect for engaging users in friendly conversations.

Language

Select a language for engagement, with an option for automatic language detection. The default language is English.

You also have the option to enable 'Respond to the website visitor in their language,' which automatically detects and adapts to each user's language, offering a personalized interaction experience.

Context

Maintain a balance between relevance and conciseness in responses by selecting the appropriate level of context. Choose from the following options:

  • Context Only: Your chatbot generates responses solely from uploaded documents and materials, ensuring relevance without relying on potentially outdated ChatGPT information.

  • Context + ChatGPT Knowledge: Enable your chatbot to leverage both your materials and ChatGPT's extensive knowledge base, providing a broader range of information and context for more comprehensive responses to diverse inquiries.

AI Bot's sales role

Specify the role of the chatbot in sales interactions to align its approach with your business objectives. Choose from the following options:

  • Sales Representative: Provides product information and addresses initial inquiries as the first point of contact for leads.

  • Account Executive: Tailors communications to convert leads into customers by addressing their needs and interests.

  • Sales Manager: Oversees sales strategies, ensuring the chatbot targets the right leads and optimizes conversion rates.

  • Business Development Manager: Identifies new sales leads and engages in strategic outreach to expand business opportunities.

Company business

Summarize your company’s main offerings, services, or value propositions, providing users with a quick understanding of your business.
