Personalization points

Personalization points tell AI what kind of information to research about a company, prospect, or industry before generating messages in your AI SDR sequence. They help you take personalization a step further – beyond the default setup that uses your business context and publicly available data (like in standard AI SDR personalization). With personalization points, you can guide AI to focus on specific topics, such as a company's recent funding, a prospect's achievements, or the latest industry trends. πŸŽ₯ Check out the video below to learn how Jason personalizes each message. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1VmLh7dspI πŸ‘‰ If you're looking for the standard personalization method that uses your business inputs and contact data, check out our Personalization in AI SDR article. How personalization points work When you set up your AI SDR sequence, you'll find this option under Step 3 – Research agents. Here, you can choose up to 3 personalization points that AI will use to tailor each message. For example, you might ask AI to look into the company's products, the prospect's career summary, or the predicted challenges. Animation AI will automatically collect this information from reliable public sources – such as LinkedIn, company websites, or recent news – and use it to create messages that sound natural, relevant, and specific to each contact. If data is available for all selected points, AI will prioritize the most relevant one for the first message and use the others in follow-ups. If only one or two points are found, it will focus on those. πŸ’‘ You can also skip personalization entirely by unselecting all the boxes. AI will still generate unique, context-aware content using your value proposition, proof points, and case studies. Types of personalization points You can choose up to 3 personalization points from the following categories: Default Search, Company Research, Prospect Research, or Industry Research. You can also use Contact Fields Personalization or Custom Research to personalize messages with your own data or specific research prompts. If you choose Contact Fields Personalization, all other research options (except Default Research) will be locked. Default Research AI reviews the company's LinkedIn profile, the prospect's LinkedIn profile, and performs a Google search to gather general background information. Company Research Here, AI focuses on learning more about the prospect's company. You can select what kind of company information you want it to include: - Company Description – Description from the company's About section on their LinkedIn profile. - Company Mission – Based on the information on the website's landing page or LinkedIn company description, AI generates a summarized company mission. - Company Tech Stack – AI checks if the company is using any integrations or third-party services. If it finds useful information, a personalization point will be created based on the tech stack. - 10-K Report – Annual financial report analysis. The system checks if the company appears in a 10-K report (for publicly owned companies only). This point is most relevant for larger organizations. - Recent Report for Investors – Extracts key financial data from the company's most recent investor reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, earnings releases available on its website). - Financial Report – Collects detailed financial information from sources like Annual Reports, 10-Q, Form 8-K, proxy statements, earnings releases, and investor presentations published on the company website. - Fundraising Research – Gathers information about fundraising and investment activity – when the company raised funds, who invested, and whether it has invested in other businesses. πŸ’‘ Particularly useful for startups looking for funding or partnership opportunities. - Company Challenges – Reviews all available company content (website pages, blogs, press releases, news sections, and social media posts) from the past 6 months to identify potential challenges, market pressures, or obstacles the company might be facing. - Company Recent News – Collects recent press releases, media mentions, and company-related news from the last 3 months. - Predict Challenges and Competitors – Compiles insights from multiple sources – website content, press releases, analyst reports, financial filings, and industry publications – to forecast potential future challenges and competitive pressures. - Products/Services Deep Dive – Looks into all company products and services by reviewing product pages, documentation, pricing, customer reviews, feature comparisons, and positioning against competitors. - Mergers & Acquisitions – Identifies merger, acquisition, and strategic partnership data, such as which companies were acquired, merged with, or partnered with. - Customer Reviews – Reviews customer feedback from G2 Crowd over the past 6-12 months, and identifies key positive and negative themes and links them to how your product could help or complement what customers already value. Prospect Research This option helps you personalize your outreach around each individual contact. AI gathers information such as: - About Section – Key details from the prospect's LinkedIn About section. - Hobbies and Interests – Insights found on their public LinkedIn or Google results, useful for creating a warmer, more personal opening. - Quote – Notable statements or phrases taken from their LinkedIn profile or posts. - Achievements – Highlights from their experience, such as promotions, awards, or big milestones. - Career Summary – A brief overview of their professional journey and main focus areas. - Job Responsibilities in Current Company – Information about what they do in their current role, based on their LinkedIn experience section. - Achievements in Current Company – Specific results or accomplishments in their current role. Industry Research This option focuses on the company's industry to help add context to your outreach and show that you understand the market they work in. - Recent Industry News – Reviews recent news, regulatory changes, or trends from the last 3-6 months that may affect the company's business or industry. - Industry Trends – Highlights emerging technologies, shifts in the market, or changes in customer behavior that are relevant to the company's positioning. - Competitors Overview & News – Lists 3-5 direct competitors, their differentiators, and recent updates such as new product launches, partnerships, or market expansions. Contact Fields Personalization If you'd rather use your own data, you can personalize messages through custom fields – for example, personal notes, goals, or other details you've added manually. AI supports both text and links in custom fields. It can analyze the content behind the links you provide, such as company reports, product pages, open-source information, or any other relevant public data. πŸ’‘If you add a link as a personalization field, we recommend including a short description in the Playbook explaining what the link is about. This gives Jason AI more context and helps it generate more accurate messages. Animation To learn more about creating custom fields, check out this article. Custom Research Custom Research lets you define exactly what information AI should look for. Instead of selecting from preset options, you write a prompt, and AI will search public sources (such as Google, LinkedIn, and company websites) to find relevant data. For example, you can ask AI to find events a prospect has spoken at, the topics they focused on, or other relevant insights for your outreach. To get the best results: - Write clear and specific prompts The more precise your request, the more relevant the results. Avoid vague instructions and focus on what exactly you want AI to find. - Make sure your audience matches your research Your prompt should align with your target audience. If the information you're asking for doesn't apply to your contacts, AI may not find useful data. - Add a fallback option If you're not sure all contacts will have matching data, select a Default Research option as well. This ensures AI can still personalize messages even when custom data is not available.

How to create and launch an AI SDR sequence?

In this article, we'll walk through how to set up an AI SDR sequence. If you're new to AI SDR, see Overview of Jason AI SDR to learn how it works and how it can benefit you. Let's get started! Content: Step 1. Add your business information Step 2. Add contact sources Step 3. Select personalization options Step 4. Review sequence steps Step 5. Configure settings Step 1. Add your business information First, you'll add the core information Jason needs to create and personalize your outreach, including your business website, messaging guidance, product content, and outreach channels. πŸŽ₯ Check out the video below to see how to add your business information. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxJrKa6mwjA Create a sequence You can create an AI SDR sequence in two ways: Go to AI SDR β†’ Jason AI SDR. Or click New sequence and select Jason AI SDR in the drop-down menu. Add your business details Start by pasting your website URL or uploading relevant files, such as pitch decks or product documentation, to the attachments. The system will use this information to generate your company name, description, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pain points, value propositions, proof points, case studies, and CTAs. Animation Key information the AI will use includes: - Reason for outreach: Why you're reaching out to this audience now - Pain points: Challenges your product or service helps solve - Value proposition: What makes your solution unique or effective - Proof points: Data or evidence that shows your product works - Case studies: Real success stories - CTAs (Calls-to-Action): Next steps you want leads to take, like booking a call Once the AI has generated these, you can edit any suggested options if needed and add more examples by clicking the + button. πŸ’‘ If you edit the suggested ICP, you can click Regenerate All to generate new pain points and value propositions based on the updated ICP. Add your playbook, knowledge base, and offer Next, you can give Jason more detailed guidance on how to handle message creation and responses: - AI SDR Playbooks let you guide the tone, style, and messaging strategy Jason uses when writing to prospects. - Knowledge Base is where you add helpful content about your product, like features, descriptions, FAQs, or pricing, that Jason will use when replying to prospects. - Offers let you segment your audience and tailor your messaging, so Jason can create more relevant outreach. You can also choose the AI model that will analyze your website. To customize your messages, choose: - Language - Tone of voice - Message length Step 2. Add contact sources Then, choose who Jason should reach out to. You can build your audience using live search via Sales Navigator Autopilot, import your own contacts, use Buying intent signals, or combine different sources together. πŸŽ₯ Check out the video below to see how to choose and manage contact sources for your AI SDR sequence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tarJcD776wM By default, AI SDR uses Sales Navigator Autopilot and suggests filters based on your ICP. These filters help define your target audience. Once the sequence is launched, Autopilot will keep searching and adding new contacts daily based on your settings. You can edit the filters anytime. You can also add contacts from other sources, including: - Technology used – Find contacts at companies that use a specific technology or tool. - Hiring intent – Find contacts at companies that are actively hiring. - AI web search – Find contacts using web search beyond Sales Navigator. - LinkedIn post engagers – Find leads who have engaged with selected LinkedIn posts. - Competitor followers – Find contacts who follow your competitors’ LinkedIn company pages. - Website visitors – Find contacts who have visited your website. - Manual sources – Add contacts from a CSV file, existing lists, manual entry, integrations, or a LinkedIn search. Step 3. Select personalization options In the Research agents tab, you can choose how Jason personalizes messages for each prospect. Personalization points let you define what Jason should research before writing – for example, details about a company, a prospect's role or achievements, or relevant industry context. This helps Jason tailor messages more precisely instead of relying only on basic company and prospect information. You can adjust these settings depending on how deep or specific you want the personalization to be. Step 4. Review sequence steps When you move to the next step, AI SDR generates a sequence based on the information and settings you provided. The steps will contain placeholder text, and each step will be personalized for each contact when it's scheduled to go out. You can also edit, remove, or add steps as needed before moving on to the final setup step. πŸŽ₯ Check out the video below to see how to build and review your sequence steps before launch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hqY36FmArE You can also choose a different sequence structure. AI SDR suggests a structure based on your inputs, but you can select another one if you want to use a different combination of channels and steps. Learn more in AI SDR sequence structures. You can also update your outreach channels after the sequence is created, as long as it hasn't started sending yet. For example, if your sequence includes only email and LinkedIn steps, you can go back to Jason AI β†’ Settings and add a call step before launch. The sequence will automatically update to include the new channel. Email threads You can control which email steps in your sequence will start a new thread directly from the sequence builder. By default, the first email in each branch always starts a new thread, and this cannot be changed. For all other email steps, you can choose whether to continue the existing thread or start a new one. Click New thread + on the steps where you'd like to begin a new thread. If you'd like an email to continue an existing thread, click again to turn this option off. πŸ’‘ This setting only controls where a new thread begins. You can still customize the subject line and content for each step in your Playbook. πŸ’‘Note about LinkedIn connection requests: By default, only 50% of automatically generated LinkedIn connection requests include a personalized note. If you want to change this for your sequence, you can specify in the Playbook whether to always or never include a personalized note. Step 5. Configure settings πŸŽ₯ Check out the video below for a walkthrough of the AI SDR sequence settings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9wsTBTYubo Sending mode In the Launch tab, you can review your sequence settings and choose the sending mode: Approval mode or Automatic. - Approval mode: Messages generated by Jason AI are placed on the Pending Approvals page for your review. They won't be sent until you approve them. - Automatic mode: Messages are sent directly to prospects without manual approval. Handle replies Enable the Handle replies toggle in the Jason AI tab if you want Jason to generate and send responses to incoming messages. You can either let Jason send replies automatically or save replies as drafts for you to review and approve. You can also choose how to handle follow-ups to silent leads. Decide whether Jason should send follow-ups automatically or save them as drafts for your review first. For more details, see the Re-engagement article. Meeting scheduling Finally, decide how meetings will be scheduled. You can: - Manage scheduling manually - Let Reply handle scheduling automatically - Connect other tools If you use Reply for scheduling, link your calendar under Settings β†’ Meetings. Jason will check your availability, suggest meeting times, and automatically respond to meeting-related replies. After your sequence is set up, you can return to Jason AI β†’ Settings to enable or disable personalization for emails and LinkedIn steps. You can also adjust other settings, including sending mode, AI model, tone of voice, playbook, personalization points, language, or business information. Changes will only apply to contacts who haven't yet received any steps. For more details on how personalization works, see this article. πŸ‘‰ For more details on other sequence settings, see the Sequence settings article. That's it! Once saved, Jason AI will begin sending your personalized sequence based on your setup. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team via chat or email us at [email protected].

Personalization with Jason AI SDR

Jason AI SDR creates a unique message for every contact by combining your business context with publicly available contact information. Each email or LinkedIn message uses different wording and structure based on the contact's background and your business inputs. This helps your outreach feel personal and relevant. Since every message is different, it's also less likely to be flagged as spam. How personalization works Jason AI SDR uses two main sources to personalize messages: 1. Your business context This includes the information you provide about your product or service, such as: - Pain points - Value propositions - Case studies - CTAs 2. Public contact data This includes publicly available information about your prospects and their companies. If you'd like to go beyond default personalization – for example, researching a specific insight, niche angle, or recent achievement – you can use Personalization points for more advanced research. πŸ‘‰ Learn more in our Personalization points article Business context for personalization Jason AI SDR uses your business inputs to build personalized messages using your key selling points. For example, if you've added: - 5 pain points - 6 value propositions - 4 case studies - 3 CTAs The system selects one of each when generating a message. This creates natural variation, so no two emails are exactly the same. For example: - One email might use the 2nd pain point, 3rd value proposition, 1st case study, and 2nd CTA. - Another might use the 4th pain point, 1st value proposition, 3rd case study, and 1st CTA. This keeps your messaging consistent while still making each email feel different. You can learn more about adding business context in this article. Contact-specific personalization Jason AI SDR also personalizes messages using publicly available information about your contacts. This data may come from: - Web search – Recent news or mentions - LinkedIn activity – Contact's posts and comments from the past 3 months - Company LinkedIn page – The company's About section and recent posts - Company website – Updates from the News, Blog, or What's New sections. If no relevant information is found, a default template email is used instead. This way, your sequence can continue even when information is limited. Previewing and editing personalized messages You can preview how each personalized email will look in the Preview tab. Before personalization is complete, you'll see a placeholder (Your personalized email will appear here). Messages are generated right before they're scheduled to be sent, so they include the most relevant and up-to-date information. Once ready, you'll see the full version that will be sent. If you want to personalize a message immediately: - Click Personalize now in the Preview tab for a single contact. - Click Bulk personalize for multiple contacts at once. Please note that it can take up to 3 minutes per contact to generate the full thread. Once a message is generated, you can also see which sources were used to personalize it. Click the Sources drop-down next to the message to view the details. This works for all types of personalization, including business context, scraped contact data, and personalization points. You can also edit or regenerate messages: - Adjust the content directly in the editor if you want to make quick changes - Click Re-generate preview to create a new version. Please note that this action can't be undone. Self-learning AI Jason AI SDR learns from your feedback and edits to make future messages more relevant and in your style. 1. Rate messages: In Approval mode, Preview, and Inbox, you'll see πŸ‘ and πŸ‘Ž buttons. - If you click πŸ‘Ž, a pop-up lets you add optional details about why you didn't like the message. Submit your feedback, and AI will use it to improve future messages. - You can also just click Skip without leaving comments – the AI will still take your rating into account. 2. Learn from edits: Even if you don't rate a message, any changes you make in Pending Approvals, Preview, or the Inbox are recorded. The AI notices how you adjust messages and adapts its voice and style for next time. The more you interact, the better AI gets at creating messages that fit your tone and style. πŸ’‘How this differs from Personalization points This article covers default personalization based on your business inputs and publicly available contact data. If you're looking for deeper, research-based personalization – such as exploring a prospect's achievements, industry trends, or competitors' overview – check out our Personalization points article to learn how to use advanced research options in your sequences.

Playbooks: Tips & best practices

Playbooks work best when instructions are simple, structured, and easy for AI to follow. This article shows how to write better Playbooks and improve message quality in your sequences. What Playbooks can do Playbooks help shape the content of your messages: - Control tone, style, and length – Decide whether messages should be friendly, formal, short, or detailed. - Set subject line rules – Define how subject lines look across your sequence, including length, style, and personalization. - Use personalization points – Include standard or custom variables like {{FirstName}} or {{Company}}. You can also use personalization points that are most relevant for your audience. - Follow templates for steps – Guide AI to create messages for specific steps using your preferred structure (e.g., Email #1, Follow-up Email). - Include links – Specify when and how to include hyperlinks to calendars, websites, or resources. - Generate follow-ups until someone replies – AI can continue shaping follow-ups in the right tone until a prospect responds. What Playbooks cannot do - ✘ Create entire outreach sequences – They only control message content, not sequence structure. - ✘ Control LinkedIn actions – AI cannot open profiles, send connection requests, or automate other LinkedIn actions. You can add LinkedIn steps to the sequence, but the Playbook cannot guide the AI to perform them. - ✘ Research contacts – AI cannot gather prospect information, so it's highly recommended to include variables and personalization points. - ✘ Filter who to reach out to – Audience selection must be done beforehand. Playbooks cannot exclude prospects based on the job title or location, for example. - ✘ Attach files – AI cannot include attachments. - ✘ Manage replies – Once a prospect replies, Playbook instructions no longer apply. You should set up Replies handling instructions separately. Essential Playbook elements A well-built Playbook should include two main parts: general instructions for all steps and step-specific instructions. General instructions for all steps These apply to every message your Playbook generates: - Overall guidelines – Tone, style, length, and general approach. - Do / Don’t lists – Instructions for what AI should always do and avoid. Very important: always add instructions to Do’s and Don’ts sections for best results. Do not write any instructions outside the Do’s and Don’ts sections. - Subject line rules – Guide how subject lines should be written across the sequence. Step-specific instructions Apply to individual steps like Email #1 or Follow-up Email #1: - Step type names – Use AI-friendly names, so instructions apply correctly. For example, use β€œemail follow-up #1” instead of β€œ2nd email”, as AI understands β€œfollow-up” better. Here are some examples: βœ… first email / initial email / email #1 ❌ 2nd email βœ… email follow-up #1 ❌ LinkedIn follow-up βœ… LinkedIn Connect / InMail - Step-specific Do / Don’t lists – Instructions customized for that specific message/email. - Frameworks & examples – Use templates with variables to guide AI and include examples of what a good message should look like. - Step-specific subject line instructions – Add a unique subject line for a specific step if needed. Do's and Don'ts - Place anything that's not a template into Do's and Don'ts sections. ❌ Goal Think deeper and step by step. The goal of this cold outreach is to find investment and acquisition opportunities for our search fund. Thus, we're reaching out to business owners, decision makers with an offer to book a call or a no-obligation conversation and have a chat about their company, their long-term strategy, and the next chapter of a great company. The most important part is to write a well-thought-out message that will resonate with a prospect, will make them think about the content for a while, impress them in terms of its flow, and will make them want to reply back. βœ… Do Think deeper and step by step. - Keep lists under 10 items; break long instructions into shorter points. - Start Don'ts with Don't for clarity. Example: ❌ Don'ts: Come up with fake personalization and fake case studies. βœ… Don'ts: Do not come up with fake personalization and fake case studies. πŸ’‘Tip: If AI ignores an instruction: - Move it to the top of the list; - Repeat it in step-specific Do's/Don'ts; - Add CRITICAL: before it. Example: Don'ts CRITICAL: Do not come up with fake personalization or fake case studies. Variables and Hyperlinks - Use {{double braces}} for standard Reply contact variables. - Use [brackets] for longer instructions, like [Your Value Proposition]. Example: βœ… Hey {{FirstName}}! Thanks for accepting the invite! Saw [Hobby, Trigger, Signal or Observation or Job Title]. Speaking of [Relevant Info to Observation], we are building a [Tool, Service, Product, Company, Startup etc.] to help [Your Value Proposition + Unique Selling Point + Creative Offer to Solve Pain Point]. Would love to get your thoughts/feedback on it! - To add hyperlinks, include them using this format: βœ… <a href="link">Text</a>. AI will shape it as a clickable link. Multi-language support Playbooks support multiple languages. You can write the instructions in English or another language, and then tell the AI which language the messages should be generated in. For best results, always include message examples in the target language – this helps the AI understand the tone, style, and phrasing you want.

Offers

An Offer in AI SDR is a way to present your product (or part of it) to a specific audience, based on what matters most to them. Each Offer helps you speak directly to a segment of your audience by focusing on their unique pain points, needs, and priorities. Offers are about who you're reaching out to, and what you're offering them. They help you segment your audience and create more targeted, relevant messaging, so your outreach resonates better and gets more replies. Offers can help you: - Tailor your messaging to match different groups' pain points - Test how different audience segments respond to your Offer - Learn which segment is most engaged, so you can focus on what works By using Offers, you can build personalized sequences for each group and even A/B test them to improve performance over time. Create an Offer 1. Go to AI SDR β†’ Offers. 2. Create an Offer. - Click New Offer to create one manually. - Or, paste your website URL and let AI SDR analyze it and generate an Offer based on your product or service. 3. Add the Offer to a sequence. - Click New AI SDR sequence and start building a new sequence with your Offer. - Or, start setting up an AI SDR sequence and select an Offer from the dropdown. When you create a sequence, Jason AI will automatically generate Offers for you. Based on your website and business inputs, we'll suggest ways to sell your product to different audience segments, often grouped by department or job title. For example: - A marketing team might care about automation and campaign performance. - A sales team might be more focused on lead quality and time-saving. Jason creates unique messaging for each group based on their specific pain points, so your outreach feels more relevant and personal. Manage Offers When you hover over an Offer, you can: - Edit the Offer. - Duplicate the Offer to quickly create a copy. - Delete the Offer if you no longer need it. Update Offers When creating an AI SDR sequence, if you select an Offer and modify the sequence generation inputs – for example: - Add, remove, or adjust pain points - Update value propositions - Include or remove case studies, or make other changes After making changes and clicking Next, you'll be prompted to choose one of the following options: - Update original – Updates the existing Offer. If selected, the changes will apply to all sequences where this Offer is currently used. - Keep separate – Keeps the original Offer unchanged and applies your modified version only to the current sequence. Use this option if you want to test variations without affecting other active sequences.

AI Strategist

AI Strategist is a tool designed to help you discover new ways to position your product and improve your outreach strategy. It analyzes your website in depth and generates fresh angles, audiences, and messaging ideas, then turns them into complete, ready-to-use sequences. What AI Strategist actually does When you run AI Strategist, it starts by studying your website to understand what makes your product or service unique. Using these insights, it will generate up to 15 sequences, each tailored to a specific audience or approach. Every sequence includes its own key pain points, value propositions, offers, calls-to-action (CTAs), goals, and reasons for outreach. Autopilot filters are also pre-filled, so you can reach the right audience once your sequence is launched. AI Strategist also selects a matching playbook and chooses the most relevant ways to personalize messages based on the default research. In short, it explores as many effective ways as possible to present your product. We use the newest Perplexity model behind the scenes to help the system analyze your product more deeply and validate different messaging angles. If you're targeting a specific location, the entire sequence (including all the generation inputs and sequence steps) will be generated in that country's language. How to use AI Strategist? To get started with AI Strategist: 1. Go to the Sequences page. 2. Click Generate ideas in the top-right corner. 3. Enter your Company name and Company URL. 4. Click Generate. The system needs 30-60 minutes to complete the research and build your results. You will see a notification in your Notification Center once the generation is finished. Sequences created by AI Strategist will have a Try it now tag. If you hover over the tag, you'll see a short summary of key elements used in that sequence: - ICP Audience; - Playbook; - Value proposition; - Reasoning. You can also filter your sequences to show only those created by AI Strategist under the All filter on the Sequences page. Once you're ready to start the sequence, simply launch it and enable the Autopilot mode. All recommended Autopilot filters are already included, so the system will immediately start adding contacts. πŸ’‘ Note: Because these sequences are very specific and highly segmented, the audience matched by the Autopilot filters may be smaller. Usage limits Please note that the number of times you can run AI Strategist depends on your plan: - AI SDR Starter: 3 runs per month (45 sequences); - AI SDR Growth: 5 runs per month (75 sequences); - AI SDR Enterprise: 10 runs per month (150 sequences). You can also run AI Strategist multiple times for the same company. Each run will try to generate new ideas, different from any previous attempts.

Playbooks

AI SDR Playbooks serve as your own guide for how AI SDR will generate sequence messages. By using custom prompts in the Playbook, you can have more control over how AI creates your outreach messages, so the content matches your style, sales goals, and strategy. With Playbooks, you can write specific instructions for AI, such as what to highlight, what to leave out, do's and don'ts, and how to organize your messaging. Let's dive in! Create a Playbook To create your own Playbook: 1. Go to the AI SDR page. 2. Navigate to the Playbooks tab. 3. Click on the New Playbook button in the top-right corner. If you're just starting out and need some guidance on structuring your Playbook, you can use the available buttons that will create separate sections. These buttons help you write instructions for key outreach steps, including: Do, Don't, First email, First email follow-up, Second email follow-up, Subject Lines, LinkedIn Connect, First LinkedIn Message, Voice Message, LinkedIn InMail, Call script, Variables. The default template also includes pre-filled text to help you understand how to structure your playbook and what kind of details to include. The Library tab has ready-made Playbooks, which you can use or refer to as examples. πŸ’‘ Important: Library Playbooks are meant as examples and may not be 100% applicable to your specific outreach. Please make sure to review and adjust them to fit your audience, goals, and sequence before using. It's not at all mandatory to write lengthy guidelines. For example, your Playbook can be as simple as one sentence, such as: 'Don’t mention the competitors’ names – Competitor 1, Competitor 2 – be polite and avoid hard selling'. πŸ’‘Playbooks can contain up to 1000 characters. Style guidance and attachments Playbooks support additional inputs that help guide AI message generation and enrich outreach sequences. Upload style Upload style is used to provide reference materials that guide how the AI writes messages. It does not send anything in your outreach. You can upload: - High-performing email templates - Writing examples - Instruction files The AI uses this content to better understand tone, structure, and writing style. Add lead magnet (file attachment) You can add a file to be sent in a sequence as part of your outreach. When uploading a file, you select the sequence step where it should be used, such as First Email, Follow-up emails, LinkedIn Connect, or other available sequence steps. The file is then attached and sent automatically as part of that step. A lead magnet can be reused across multiple sequences that use the same Playbook. Create a sequence with your Playbook There are two ways to create a sequence using your playbook: 1. Click on the New AI SDR Sequence button above the Playbook. Then, follow the rest of the steps to create an AI SDR sequence. 2. Start creating an AI SDR sequence β†’ Click Add playbook β†’ Select your Playbook from the available list. Manage Playbooks Hover over a Playbook to: - Duplicate Playbooks to quickly create a copy. - Delete Playbooks if you no longer need them. πŸ’‘ Library Playbooks are read-only, so they can't be edited or deleted. However, you can duplicate them and customize the copy. Playbook examples Here are some more use cases with actual prompts to help you better understand how Playbooks can be applied to your sequence. | Use Case | Prompt example | | --- | --- | | Cold Outreach | Do: Introduce the company and its key value propositions. Focus on the prospect’s pain points and show how your solution helps. End with a clear CTA inviting the prospect to schedule a demo. Don’t: Don't include generic statements or exaggerate results. | | Recruiting | Do: Introduce the open position with a friendly, professional tone. Acknowledge the candidate’s experience and highlight specifics about the role. End with a CTA asking if they’re open to a chat. | | Funding Outreach | Do: Mention the company’s recent achievements and funding history. Reference the investor’s previous investments and suggest a potential collaboration. Keep the tone professional but personable. Don’t: Don't overpromise results or make assumptions about the investor’s priorities. | πŸ‘‰For tips on creating effective Playbooks, see the Playbooks: Tips and best practices article.

Knowledge base

The AI SDR Knowledge base lets you provide Jason with key information about your product so he can respond to prospects accurately and handle different types of questions. You can upload important details like product features, guides, FAQs, benefits, pricing, and more, which Jason will use when handling replies. Within your Knowledge base, you can also set up Reply handling to create custom responses for common questions, as well as Re-engagement to send follow-up messages to leads who stop responding. Create a Knowledge base To create a Knowledge base: 1. Go to AI SDR β†’ Knowledge Bases. 2. Click on New Knowledge Base and name it. 3. Upload your product guides, FAQs, PDFs, or links with key details. You can add this information in three ways: - Text – Enter details directly, like product descriptions, FAQs, or instructions. - Documents – Upload PDF, DOC, or DOCX files with guides or other important resources. - Links – Add direct links to helpful resources. Just keep in mind, each link needs to be added individually. 4. Add commonly asked questions to the Reply handling tab. 5. Set up Re-engagement to send follow-up messages to leads who stop responding. 6. Link your knowledge base to your outreach sequence. To do this, click on New AI SDR Sequence after creating a knowledge base. Alternatively, you can select your knowledge base from the library when setting up a new AI SDR sequence. Manage Knowledge bases Hover over a Knowledge base to: - Duplicate a Knowledge base to quickly create a copy. - Delete a Knowledge base you no longer need. That's it! Once your Knowledge base is ready and linked to a sequence, Jason AI can use it to handle replies.

Buying intent signals

Buying intent signals are actions or characteristics that show a prospect is more likely to be interested in your product or service. You can choose which signals should determine the contacts added automatically to your AI SDR sequence. We currently support the following signals: - Technology used - Hiring intent - LinkedIn post engagers - Competitor followers To add buying intent signals: 1. Start by creating an AI SDR sequence. 2. Go to Step 2. Contacts. 3. Click Add another contact source. 4. Select the signal you'd like to add. Below is an overview of how each signal works πŸ‘‡: Technology used This signal helps you identify companies based on the tools or technologies they use. πŸ’‘ The Accounts feature must be enabled to use this signal. How to set it up 1. Click Buying intent signals β†’ Technology used. 2. Choose your matching logic: - And – companies must use all selected technologies - Or – companies can use any of the selected technologies 3. Select one or more technologies from the list. 4. (Optional) Choose an industry. 5. Set the number of accounts to find (up to 500). 6. Click Apply. Once you launch the sequence, a prefilled account list will be generated in Autopilot settings. This can take 10-15 minutes. After generation, account filters will be locked, but you can still edit contact filters. Hiring intent This signal helps you target companies that are actively hiring. How to set it up 1. Click Buying intent signals β†’ Hiring intent. 2. Enter the job title in the Keyword field. 3. (Optional) Select an industry. 4. Set the number of accounts to find (up to 500). 5. Click Apply. Once enabled, AI SDR will find companies matching your criteria and add relevant contacts to your sequence. Just like with Technology Used, an account list will be generated in Autopilot. Account filters will then be locked, but you can still edit contact filters. Important: Sales Navigator Autopilot is required for both Technology Used and Hiring Intent signals. You can only use one of these two signals at a time. LinkedIn post engagers This signal lets you automatically add people who engage with your LinkedIn posts (likes or comments) into your sequence. You can target: - Engagement from specific posts - Engagement from a creator profile's recent posts Post URLs If you want to track specific posts: 1. Select Post URLs. 2. Paste the LinkedIn post URL. 3. Set the ICP fit. 4. Click Apply. AI SDR will automatically start adding contacts who liked or commented on those posts to your sequence. The maximum number of post engagers added is 100 per post per day: - Up to 50 from likes - Up to 50 from comments This limit applies per post. For example, if you track 10 different posts, AI SDR can collect up to 100 contacts from each post per day. Please note that the total number of contacts added from post engagement cannot exceed the number of Realtime B2B contacts included in your AI SDR plan. Important: After launching the sequence, each post is monitored for 3 days. After that, tracking stops, and no new contacts are added. This works best for time-sensitive campaigns like product launches or events. Creator profiles If you post regularly on LinkedIn and want ongoing engagement tracking, you can use the Creator profiles option. 1. Select Creator profiles. 2. Select how long the system should monitor it. 3. Add the LinkedIn profile URL you want to monitor. 4. Select how many recent posts to track. 5. Set the ICP fit. 6. Click Apply. Contacts who liked or commented on those posts will be added automatically to your sequence. πŸ’‘ You can add multiple creator profiles or post URLs at the same time. Competitor followers This signal helps you find people who follow competitor companies. How to set it up 1. Add LinkedIn company URLs of competitors. 2. Set how many contacts to collect. 3. Set the ICP fit. You can add multiple competitors, with a total limit of 500 contacts. Please note that data collection may take up to 24 hours. If needed, you can add more competitors later and rerun collection. Set ICP fit Below the buying signals, you can set an ICP fit threshold. This determines how closely a contact must match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to be added to the sequence. Only contacts that meet or exceed the percentage you set will be included. To learn more about how ICP scoring works, see the related ICP article. Buying intent signals in existing sequences You can enable Buying intent signals in an existing sequence: 1. Go to the Jason AI tab in your sequence. 2. Open Lead sources. 3. Click Add another contact source. You can also use Buying intent signals together with Sales Navigator Autopilot filters. This way, your sequence will include contacts who meet your targeting criteria and those who show buying intent. You can use multiple buying intent signals at the same time. The only exception is Technology Used and Hiring Intent – these two cannot be used together in the same sequence.

Reply handling

Reply handling lets you create custom answers in your Knowledge base for the most common questions your prospects ask. Once set up, these instructions help your AI SDR respond accurately and consistently to frequent inquiries. Reply handling works hand-in-hand with your AI SDR knowledge base. The knowledge base gives Jason the core information about your product – features, benefits, pricing, FAQs, guides, and more – while reply handlers tell Jason how to respond when certain questions are detected. This gives you more control over AI-generated replies and lets you choose whether replies are sent automatically, saved as drafts, or paused so your team can reply manually. Create a Reply handler To create a Reply handler: 1. Go to the AI SDR β†’ Knowledge Bases page. 2. Select your knowledge base. 3. Open the Reply handling tab. 4. Click on New handler. 5. Describe a common question your prospects might ask (e.g., β€œDo you offer a free trial?” or β€œHow much does it cost?”) Choose a delivery mode Select how you'd like this type of reply to be handled: - Auto – Jason generates and sends the reply automatically. - Draft – Jason generates a draft for you to review and send manually. - Stop & notify [Beta] – AI SDR pauses communication with the contact and sends a notification to the mailbox that started the conversation. You can also add additional email addresses to receive these notifications, so someone from your team can review the message and reply manually. πŸ’‘ You can use different delivery modes for different Reply handlers. For example, common pricing questions can be answered automatically, while more complex questions can be saved as drafts or handled with Stop & notify. If you use multiple delivery modes, make sure to select Mixed under What would you like to do with the AI-generated reply? in the Jason AI settings. Configure the reply Complete the remaining fields: - Instructions – Explain what the AI should include in its answer and provide any prompts or guidance to shape the response. - Sample answer (Optional) – Add an example of a well-written reply to help the AI understand the tone and structure you want. - Tone of voice – Choose from confident, persuasive, witty, straightforward, or empathetic. - Response length – Select how long the reply should be: super short, short, medium, or long. - Resources – Include any links you want the AI to share, such as pricing pages, documentation, or onboarding guides. - Media – Upload any attachments (PDF, DOC, DOCX) you want the AI to send when this question is asked. Once your Knowledge base is attached to a sequence, AI SDR will use your Reply handlers whenever a prospect asks a matching question and handle each reply according to its configured delivery mode.

Autopilot mode

Autopilot mode helps add new contacts to your AI SDR sequence based on the filters you set for your target audience. Once enabled, Reply will continuously search for matching leads and add a selected number of contacts to the sequence daily. To enable Autopilot mode: - When creating a sequence: 1. At the Contacts step, click Edit ICP filters to review and fine-tune your filters. 2. Enable Autopilot in the Settings step. - For an existing sequence, simply open the sequence, edit the filters if needed, and toggle the Autopilot switch on. Here's an overview of the filters you can use in Autopilot modeπŸ‘‡: Account-based filters Sales Navigator Search URL Paste the URL of your LinkedIn Sales Navigator search results, and your filters in Reply will automatically update to match the ones from the link. πŸ’‘Note: Some Sales Navigator filters, such as Shared experiences, or saved searches, aren't supported yet. If your search includes any unsupported options, they'll be skipped, but the rest of the filters will still be applied. Accounts list Upload a list of companies by providing their domains, and the AI will find contacts from those companies instead of using account-based filters. You can select the list from a dropdown. πŸ’‘Note: Fields like Industry and Employee Headcount will be locked since they're based on the company data you upload. To use this option, first upload your accounts on the Accounts page, create a list, and select it in Autopilot. Other account-based filters include: | Filter | Description | | --- | --- | | Industry | Filter companies based on their industry (e.g., SaaS, healthcare, finance). | | Account location | Target companies based on their country, region, or city. | | Employee headcount | Target companies based on the total number of employees. | | Employee headcount growth | Set the minimum and maximum percentage to find companies that are growing in size over time. | | Department headcount growth | Set the percentage range to target companies with growing teams in specific departments, like Marketing or Sales. | | Annual revenue | Target companies based on their estimated annual revenue in USD. | | Keywords (for companies) | Search for companies that mention specific keywords in their descriptions or activities. | | Hiring on Social Media | This filter allows you to see which companies have open job positions on LinkedIn. By focusing on these companies, you can reach out to prospects who are currently involved in the hiring process and may be more receptive to your solutions. | Contact-based filters | Filter | Description | | --- | --- | | Contact location | Filter contacts by country, city, or region. | | Job title | Target specific roles like Marketing Manager or Head of Sales. | | Past company | Find contacts who previously worked at a specific company. | | Department | Find contacts working in departments like Sales, Marketing, or HR. | | Seniority | Focus on seniority levels such as Director, Lead, or Manager. | | Years in current company | Filter contacts based on how long they've been working at their current company. | | Keywords (for contacts) | Search contacts using specific terms in their titles or bios. | | Changed jobs in the last 90 days | Find contacts who started a new role within the last 90 days and may be more open to new tools or solutions. | πŸ’‘Note: You can also click the β€˜β€“β€™ icon to exclude specific job titles, industries, locations, etc. πŸ“– Tip: We recommend refining your audience step-by-step: 1. Start broad by filtering by location (country). 2. Then narrow down by industry and company size. 3. Review the companies found and check the roles and titles available. Aim for a target of around 5,000 to 10,000 companies. If your audience is smaller (under 1,000 companies), use the Accounts list to upload a CSV of the specific companies you want to target. Settings 'Contacts only' search mode Focus only on individual contacts, even if their company details are missing. Some options, like industry filters, won’t be available, but you'll still have access to more prospects. Find phone numbers Allow Autopilot to look for phone numbers when available. A contact with a phone number is charged 3 Reply credits. Number of contacts per company Set how many contacts you want AI SDR to add from each company. Number of contacts to find per day Control how many new contacts will be added to your sequence each day. Audience estimation If you're using Sales Navigator search in Autopilot mode, click Get audience estimation after you set your filters to see approximately how many contacts match your search. Use this estimate to check whether your filters are too broad or too narrow. If needed, adjust your filters and run the estimate again. If you're using contact filters only, the estimate is based on the number of contacts available in Sales Navigator. If you're using both account and contact filters, Reply provides an approximate audience size based on your selected filters. πŸ’‘ Audience estimation is currently available only for Sales Navigator Autopilot search and isn't supported for Buying intent signals or AI web search. Requiring an email address may reduce the audience size by up to 40%. The final number may vary depending on email availability. Edit or pause Autopilot mode You can pause Autopilot or change its filters at any time. 1. Go to the Sequences page and open the sequence you want to update. 2. Switch to the People tab. 3. Use the Autopilot mode toggle to pause or resume it. 4. To view or edit your filters, click Edit filters next to the toggle.

AI Learnings

AI Learnings is an AI SDR agent that learns from how you edit AI-generated messages and turns those changes into rules for future message generation. When you adjust a generated message in Approval mode, sequence Preview, or Inbox, AI Learnings automatically detects patterns in your edits and creates a rule based on them. This rule is then applied to future messages to better match your writing style and preferences. For example, if you regularly remove a prospect's name from subject lines, AI Learnings may suggest a rule such as "Avoid using a prospect's name in subject lines" and apply it to future messages. Create an AI Learning AI Learnings can learn from your edits automatically, or you can create rules manually. To create a learning: 1. Go to AI SDR β†’ AI Learnings in the left menu. 2. Click Add learning. 3. Describe the rule you want AI to follow. 4. Choose where it applies: - Outbound communication – for outgoing emails - Reply handling – for incoming replies 5. [Beta] Choose the scope where the learning applies: - Sequence - apply it to a specific sequence. - User - apply it to your account. - Team - apply it across your team. - Organization - apply it across your organization. 6. Save. If learnings with different scopes conflict, the broader scope takes precedence. The order is Organization β†’ Team β†’ User β†’ Sequence. The learning that takes precedence is marked Takes precedence, while the other learning is marked Overridden. AI Learning scopes are currently available in beta. To use them, enable Beta mode in your account settings. Enable or disable AI Learnings To turn an AI Learning on or off, use the toggle next to it. Edit a learning To edit a learning: 1. Click the three dots next to the learning. 2. Select Edit. 3. Make your changes and save. Delete a learning 1. Click the three dots next to the learning. 2. Select Delete. 3. Confirm the action.

Re-engagement

Re-engagement can be set up as part of your AI SDR Knowledge Base and helps you stay in touch with leads who stopped responding. When it's enabled, Jason will either automatically send a follow-up message to pick the conversation back up or save a draft for your review first, depending on your AI Replies settings. You can choose: - When to follow up - What kind of message to send (just a short outline) - The tone of voice the message should follow Jason will send a LinkedIn message or email that refers to your previous conversation, so you don't have to track every lead manually. Check out this video to learn more about how it works! πŸŽ₯ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBEXg3-jFyI How to set up Re-engagement? 1. Go to the AI SDR β†’ Knowledge Bases page. 2. Select your knowledge base and open the Re-Engagement section. 3. Click New re-engagement. 4. Create a name and fill in the Send after (days) field – this determines how many days after the last reply Jason should follow up with a prospect. 5. Select the Delivery mode. Choose Auto to send the follow-up automatically, or Draft to generate it as a draft for review. You can set up different follow-ups with different delivery modes. If you use both options, select Mixed under What would you like to do with AI-generated re-engagement follow-ups? in the Jason AI settings. 6. Fill out the remaining fields: - Instructions – add a short guideline for Jason, like the tone of voice and any key points to include. - Sample answer – write an example message to help Jason understand the style you're looking for. - Tone of voice – select from confident, persuasive, witty, straightforward, or empathetic. - Response length – choose how long the message should be (from super short to long). - Resources – add any helpful links to support the follow-up. - Media – upload a PDF or DOC file if there's anything else that could help re-engage the lead. 7. Save! You can create multiple follow-ups, for example, one after 2 days and another one after 5 days. If you ever want to pause a follow-up, just turn off the toggle next to it. Multiple Re-engagement flows You can create separate re-engagement flows within the same knowledge base and assign different flows to different leads. This allows you to use multiple follow-up strategies for leads in the same sequence, depending on your needs. To create a new flow, click + New. To manage a flow, click the three dots next to it. You can: - Rename - Make default - Duplicate - creates a copy of the flow with the same messages and settings, so you don't have to set up a new flow from scratch. - Delete You can manually assign a flow to a lead from the Inbox. When you assign a different flow, it starts from the first message, and the previous flow's progress is discarded. πŸ’‘ The Default flow can't be deleted if there are other flows in the knowledge base. You need to make a different flow the Default first. If you delete a flow with leads assigned to it, those leads are automatically moved to the Default flow.

Approval mode

Approval mode allows you to review and approve messages generated by Jason AI before they're delivered to prospects. When enabled, Jason AI generates each message and places it on the Pending approvals page for your review. Messages won't be sent until you approve them. How to enable Approval mode? To turn on Approval mode: 1. Open your sequence. 2. Go to Jason AI β†’ Settings. 3. Select Approval mode. 4. Choose All steps or First steps only. First steps only means that only the initial touch will be generated for approval. Follow-up messages will be generated and sent automatically. Once you launch the sequence and the messages are generated, you'll see a notification on the sequence toggle reminding you to review and approve them. Sequence list notice showing one AI SDR message waiting for approval with an Open approvals link Review pending approvals To see all messages waiting for your review, head to AI SDR β†’ Pending approvals. Here, you can: - Sort messages by newest or oldest first. - Filter messages by sequence, owner, channel (Email or LinkedIn), or step (Initial touch or Follow-ups). Approve and edit messages You can approve messages one by one or in bulk, whatever works best for you. To approve several messages at once: - Select the messages you want and click Approve selected. To approve messages one by one: 1. Open a message to review it. 2. Make quick edits directly in the editor, or click Regenerate to create a new version. 3. (Optional) Add a short prompt to guide improvements. 4. When the message is ready, click Approve. πŸ’‘Once approved, messages will be sent according to your sequence's schedule, limits, and settings. Delete pending approvals If you decide not to send a message, you can delete it instead. To delete a single pending approval, open the message and click Delete. To delete multiple pending approvals, select the messages you want to remove and click Delete selected. πŸ’‘ Deleting a pending approval also removes the associated contact from the sequence. The contact won't receive this message or any future messages from that sequence.

ICP and LinkedIn Activity scores

In the People tab of an AI SDR sequence, you'll see two additional columns: ICP and LinkedIn Activity scores. These scores help you focus on the most relevant contacts and guide you on the best way to reach them. In this article, we'll take a closer look at each score and show how they can make your AI SDR outreach more effective. What is the ICP score? The ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) score shows how well a contact matches the target audience for the offer in your sequence. It is calculated based on the offer and context of that sequence. This means the same contact can have different ICP scores in different sequences if you're promoting different products or targeting different pain points. The ICP score is based on factors such as: - The contact's role and seniority - How well their responsibilities align with the pain points your product solves - Whether they are likely to benefit from your use case The score is shown on a scale from 0 to 100: - 0-20 – Low: poor fit for your ICP - 20-70 – Medium: partial alignment - 70-100 – Strong: good match for your ICP If you hover over the score, you'll also see short explanations that clarify why a contact is considered a strong or weak fit. Examples: - A Sales Director responsible for outreach and personalization may receive a high ICP score, since they are likely to benefit from Reply's multi-channel engagement features. - A Chief Operations Officer may receive a lower ICP score if their role doesn't align with sales-related pain points and outreach workflows. What is the LinkedIn Activity score? The LinkedIn Activity score reflects how active a contact is on LinkedIn, based on actions like posting content, commenting on posts, and engaging with others' content. The available activity levels are: - Frequent (70-100) – the contact is highly active on LinkedIn - Consistent (40-69) – the contact is regularly active - Occasional (0-39) – the contact is active from time to time This score is especially useful for deciding which channel to prioritize: - Contacts with high LinkedIn activity may be better suited for LinkedIn outreach - Contacts with low LinkedIn activity may perform better in email-focused sequences Both the ICP and the LinkedIn Activity scores are calculated automatically for all contacts entering the sequence. As long as there's enough data – like LinkedIn URL, job title, and company information – the scores will be generated even for your own imported contact list. πŸ’‘ Note: The ICP and LinkedIn Activity score columns are visible only in the People tab inside a specific AI SDR sequence. They do not appear on the main People page. Filtering by scores You can use both scores as filters inside the sequence to prioritize contacts. For example, you can filter out contacts with an ICP score below a certain threshold (such as under 60) and remove them from the sequence. You can also filter for contacts with higher LinkedIn Activity scores (more than 50) and prioritize them for LinkedIn-first outreach.

AI web search

AI web search is a contact source in AI SDR sequences that helps you discover contacts beyond Sales Navigator Autopilot filters. Instead of building complex searches and setting up Autopilot filters, you describe who you want to find in a simple prompt. AI SDR then searches the web, finds relevant companies, identifies matching contacts, and adds them to your sequence. How to use AI web search? To run an AI web search: 1. Create an AI SDR sequence. 2. Go to Step 2 (Contacts) β†’ + Add another contact source. 3. Select AI web search. 4. Enter a prompt describing the contacts you want to find. 5. Choose how many contacts to find. 6. Set contact requirements: - Email - LinkedIn URL 7. Click Apply. Once your sequence is active, the search runs automatically. πŸ’‘ By default, the search finds 5 contacts. You can increase this up to 500. If you don't select any requirements, the system will add contacts with either an email or a LinkedIn URL. If you select both email and LinkedIn, data quality is usually higher, but you may get fewer results. For multichannel sequences, selecting both is recommended. You can also view contacts created with AI web search on the People page using a smart filter. Re-running the search AI web search runs as a one-time search, but you can re-run it without creating a new sequence. To do this: 1. Open your sequence. 2. Go to the Jason AI tab β†’ Lead sources. 3. Find AI web search. 4. Run the search again using the same prompt. Each search creates a new set of contacts based on the current prompt. Writing a good prompt AI web search works best when your prompt is simple, clear, and focused. Keep it specific, but not too detailed. Here's a simple formula πŸ‘‡: [Company type] in [industry or space] that [one key signal] – targeting [job title] Examples | ❌ Too vague: SaaS companies in marketing | | --- | | ❌ Too specific: B2B SaaS marketing automation companies that raised Series A in the last 6 months, with 50–200 employees, US-only, with an outbound sales team, targeting VP of Sales with 5+ years experience | | βœ… Balanced: B2B SaaS companies in the marketing space with a sales team, based in the US – targeting VP of Sales or Revenue Operations | | βœ… More examples:- HR tech companies scaling their teams in Europe – targeting Head of People or CPO- E-commerce agencies working with Shopify brands – targeting Founder or Head of Growth- Cybersecurity companies serving mid-market businesses – targeting IT Directors or CISOs- Logistics and supply chain startups that recently raised funding – targeting Operations or Procurement leads | πŸ“– Tips 1. Include the job title you want to reach. 2. Use one clear qualifier or signal per search. 3. If you have multiple target audiences, create separate AI web search sources for each one. 4. Avoid vague terms like "innovative," "fast-growing," or "dynamic."

AI SDR sequence structures

Sequence structures define the order and combination of channels and steps in your AI SDR sequence. You can use the structure AI suggests, choose one from the Default or Team sequence structures, or create your own. How to use a sequence structure When you create a new AI SDR sequence, AI analyzes your inputs and recommends the most suitable sequence structure from the available options. You can also choose a different one depending on the channels and steps you'd like to include. Here are the stepsπŸ‘‡: 1. Create a new AI SDR sequence. 2. On Step 4 of the setup, AI will suggest a sequence structure based on your inputs. 3. If you'd like to use a different one, choose from: - Default – built-in structures. - My – your saved structures. - Team – shared with your team. Your AI SDR sequence will use the selected sequence structure. How to save your own sequence structure You can customize any available sequence structure to create your own. You can rearrange steps, add new ones, or remove the ones you don't need. To save your sequence structure: 1. Create a new AI SDR sequence and go to Step 4. 2. Edit the sequence steps. 3. Click Save as sequence structure. 4. Name it and choose who can use it: - Me – available only in your account. - Team – available to everyone on your team (workspace). - Organization – available across your organization. 5. Save. You can reuse your saved sequence structures when creating future AI SDR sequences.
