Company size in integrations

Last updated on Oct 23, 2026

Company size in Reply is a fixed list of ranges, not a number. When contacts and accounts sync with your CRM, Reply converts the CRM's value into one of these ranges.

Company size values

The Company size field can have one of these values:

  • Self-Employed;
  • 1-10;
  • 11-50;
  • 51-200;
  • 201-500;
  • 501-1000;
  • 1001-5000;
  • 5001-10000;
  • 10001+.

The same ranges are used in Live Data search filters, contact enrichment, CSV import and the API.

How CRM values are converted

  • A number goes into the range it belongs to. For example, 37 employees in your CRM becomes 11-50 in Reply.
  • Text is matched against the ranges, including common forms like "11-50 employees", "1,001-5,000" or "10,000+".
  • A value that can't be matched is left empty in Reply, and an existing company size stays as it was.

You can't map custom values to ranges (for example, "Small" to 11-50). You only choose which CRM field is mapped to Company size.

HubSpot

In the HubSpot integration, Reply has no default mapping for company size. Choose the HubSpot field yourself in the field mappings:

  • Company size in account (company) sync steps can be mapped both ways, from HubSpot to Reply and from Reply to HubSpot;
  • Account: Company size in contact sync steps only sends data from Reply to HubSpot. It is sent as the range text, for example "51-200".

Salesforce, Pipedrive and other CRMs

In these integrations, Company size is sent only from Reply to the CRM, as the range text.
