Reply Chrome Extension lets you sync individual contacts and contact lists from HubSpot to Reply.
Syncing individual contacts
Chrome Extension supports all basic and custom contact fields. The extension can sync default fields that are added to your view in HubSpot and are visible in the About section. For custom fields to be synced, a custom field with the same name should be created in Reply.
If a contact was not synced yet, Chrome Extension offers to create and save it to Reply.
If a contact was already saved to Reply, Chrome Extension opens the contact profile and enriches it with data available in HubSpot.
Syncing contact lists
Chrome Extension supports all fields except custom fields. In the extension, contact lists can be synced manually and automatically (you can change it in the Chrome Extension settings). If you choose manual sync, you must click the CRM Sync button to sync the contact list to Reply.
Upon syncing a contact list to Reply, you can perform the following actions in any combination:
Save to Reply.
Move to a sequence.
Move to a list(s) (create a new list or move to an existing list(s).
Please note: for the extension to start syncing, make sure the email column in the HubSpot list view is enabled.
