Approval mode allows you to review and approve messages generated by Jason AI before they're delivered to prospects. When enabled, Jason AI generates each message and places it on the Pending approvals page for your review. Messages won't be sent until you approve them.
How to enable Approval mode?
You can enable Approval mode in two ways:
When creating a new sequence:
In the Settings step, select Approval mode in the Sending mode section.
For an existing sequence:
Go to Sequence settings → Jason AI → Settings → Approval mode.
Review pending approvals
To see all messages waiting for your review, head to AI SDR → Pending approvals.
Here, you can:
Sort messages by newest or oldest first.
Filter messages by sequence, owner, channel (Email or LinkedIn), or step (Initial touch or Follow-ups).
Approve and edit messages
You can approve messages one by one or in bulk, whatever works best for you.
To approve several messages at once:
Select the messages you want and click Approve selected.
To approve messages one by one:
Open a message to review it.
Make quick edits directly in the editor, or click Regenerate to create a new version.
(Optional) Add a short prompt to guide improvements.
When the message is ready, click Approve.
💡Once approved, messages will be sent according to your sequence's schedule, limits, and settings.
Delete pending approvals
If you decide not to send a message, you can delete it instead.
To delete a single pending approval, open the message and click Delete.
To delete multiple pending approvals, select the messages you want to remove and click Delete selected.
💡 Deleting a pending approval also removes the associated contact from the sequence. The contact won't receive this message or any future messages from that sequence.
