Evergreen sequences mode is an optional feature that can be enabled on the step for adding contacts for all methods of sequence creation. This feature allows for the automatic replenishment of contacts in a sequence, ensuring a continuous flow of prospects and eliminating the need for manual updates.

When evergreen sequence mode is activated, Reply will pull 100 more new contacts from the Data page automatically whenever the number of contacts in the first step of a sequence is less than 100. As long as there are credits on your account, the refill will be done automatically.

Enable Evergreen mode

For now, the Evergreen mode can be activated only when creating a new sequence.

To activate it, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the Sequence page via the header menu. Click on "New Sequence" and choose your method for sequence creation.

  2. Proceed through the initial steps of creating your sequence until you reach the "Add People" step. Open the Contacts search tab or choose "Find Prospects in Data" to access Reply's Data page.

  3. Set your search criteria for filters to find your target audience.

  4. Turn on the Evergreen mode toggle located below the filters to enable automatic refill of the contacts in your sequence when they are running out.

Important: When creating a sequence using Sales Agent, the filters are autoselected reducing your manual effort, and Evergreen mode is enabled by default. Read more about creating a sequence with the Sales Agent.

Quick Note: Use the settings gear icon near the toggle to check the filtering settings that will be used to refill contacts and your account's available data credits.

Once activated, Evergreen mode also autoselects the first 100 contacts so you can proceed to the next steps of sequence creation. You can also select contacts manually and activate Evergreen mode so that once they are run out they will be refilled based on your filters.

Each added contact consumes one data search credit. Credits are required to reveal contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses.

Pause / Resume Evergreen mode

For sequences enabled with Evergreen mode, you have the ability to access its settings and either pause or resume it as needed.

For this, navigate to the Sequences page from the header menu and select your sequence. Move to the People tab, where you'll find the list of contacts, including those automatically added through Evergreen mode.

Use the Evergreen mode toggle, located in the upper right corner, to pause or resume this feature. To check the filtering settings that are used for a sequence and the available data credits on your account, click on the โš™๏ธ gear icon next to the toggle.
