To create a new template (or copy the one you already use for your email campaigns) simply press the red plus button in the top-right corner of your screen.

Pick the template name (only you can see it), the subject (for follow-up templates you can leave it blank if you want it to be sent in the same thread) and write/copy your text.

You can format your text, insert links and attach files to your template.

In order to insert images to your email template, please contact our support so we could enable this option for your account personally. It's disabled by default.
