Account-based sales is a strategy when you reach out to the entire organization rather than focusing your prospecting efforts at the contact level. Team Edition provides you with the following options that will help you with the account-based sales:

  • Pause a single prospect in all campaigns when they reply in any campaign.
  • Pause all prospects from the same organization when any prospect from this organization replies in any campaign.

The options are disabled by default. You can enable them if you are the Team Owner. To do this, open the Permissions tab of the Team page and expand the Prospect handling section.  

Pause a single prospect when they reply in any campaign

You might want to push the prospect to several simultaneous campaigns for better outreach. For example, one team member contacts the prospect on behalf of the CEO and another team member emails them as a sales person. If the prospect replies to any team member, you should move them further through the sales funnel. Reply offers you two ways of prospect handling:

  • Pause the prospect automatically in all active campaigns.
  • Send a notification to the Team Owner that the prospect has already replied.

The option is helpful when you target several prospects from the same organization. Reply uses the Company and Domain fields to identify that prospects belong to one organization. If the Company field is blank, Reply uses the Domain field. Reply offers you two ways of prospect handling:

  • Pause all prospects from the same organization automatically in all active campaigns.
  • Send a notification to the Team Owner that the prospect has already replied.

Note: if you enable the Pause all prospects from one organization on reply option, it will also include the Pause prospect in all campaigns on one reply option.
