Reply supports integration with several CRMs. You can find them under the Integrations page of the Reply interface. There are both native integrations and those using Zapier.

Native integrations

Salesforce integration allows users to fetch Salesforce Leads or Contacts and push them to Reply sequences, as well as synchronize ongoing Reply sequences and inbound and outbound emails with Salesforce.

Close integration allows users to fetch Close contacts, push them to Reply sequences, and synchronise ongoing Reply sequence with Close lead statuses.

Pipedrive integration allows users to fetch Pipedrive contacts, push them to Reply sequences, and synchronize ongoing Reply sequence with Pipedrive pipelines.

Zendesk Sell (former Base CRM) integration allows users to fetch Zendesk Sell leads, push them to Reply sequences, and synchronize ongoing Reply sequence with Zendesk Sell lead statuses.

Copper CRM (ProsperWorks) integration allows users to add leads from Copper CRM to Reply as contacts and people from Copper CRM to Reply as contacts.

Integrations via Zapier

Zapier enables you to automate tasks between other online apps (like Salesforce, Basecamp, and Gmail). This helps you use complementary apps side-by-side! Zapier has more than 500+ apps that could be integrated into triggered workflows named ZAPS. So every time you create a new trigger and action pair in Zapier it is a new Zap.

For more information about popular Reply integrations that use Zapier, see the following article.
