Reply supports integration with several CRMs. You can find them under the Integrations page of the Reply interface. There are both native integrations and those using Zapier.

Native integrations

Salesforce

Salesforce integration allows users to fetch Salesforce Leads or Contacts and push them to Reply campaigns, as well as synchronize ongoing Reply campaigns and inbound and outbound emails with Salesforce.

Close.io integration allows users to fetch Close.io contacts, push them to Reply campaigns and synchronise ongoing Reply campaign with Close.io lead statuses.

Pipedrive integration allows users to fetch Pipedrive contacts, push them to Reply campaigns and synchronise ongoing Reply campaign with Pipedrive pipelines.

Base CRM integration allows users to fetch Base CRM leads, push them to Reply campaigns and synchronise ongoing Reply campaign with Base CRM lead statuses.

Integrations via Zapier

Zapier enables you to automate tasks between other online apps (like Salesforce, Basecamp and Gmail). This helps you use complementary apps side-by-side! Zapier has more than 500+ apps that could be integrated into triggered workflows named ZAPS. So every time you create new trigger and action pair in Zapier it is a new Zap.

For more information about popular Reply integrations that use Zapier, see the following article.
