You can only invite new users as team members. If you try to invite a user that has already registered an account in Reply, you see the following error:
To invite an already existing Reply user:
- Contact our support team to remove the user from the system (in case they do not have running campaigns).
- After deletion of the account, invite the user again.
Note: to invite a user, under the Team tab of the Reply interface, click the Invite Team Member button.
