Inbox is a feature of sorting prospects' replies by categories. It is semi-automatic, which means that replies with keywords are sorted automatically, others are sorted by context by a Reply agent.
Using Inbox helps you to respond to those people who are interested in your proposition. You can reply to their email via the Inbox tab, however, further responses to and from the prospect will not be reflected in the thread.
Which means that you cannot fully substitute your original email inbox with the Inbox at Reply.
These are the default categories in Inbox:
- Not Interested
- Not now
- Want call
- No reply
You're also able to add custom categories but you cannot set up key words for them.
