Every campaign can be set up to send emails according to a specific delivery window. You can schedule specific week days and time frames to let Reply know when to send your emails within your campaign.
We recommend to set at least a 2.5 - 4-hour window so all scheduled emails can be successfully delivered, as there is a delay between sending each message (67 seconds by default).
Managing delivery schedules
You can create and manage delivery schedules under the Schedules tab of the Settings page.
To create a new schedule:
- Click the Create new schedule button.
- Enter the schedule name in the Name field.
- Check the check boxes for the days when you want Reply to send emails.
- Select time range for each day.
- Click Save.
You can also set a separate schedule for follow-up emails. To do this, click on the corresponding slider:
Under Advanced settings, you can configure the time zone for your schedule, make the system use contact's specific time zone (if it is set in the contact's profile) and exclude the US public holidays.
Setting a schedule as default
If you use multiple schedules, you can set one as the default schedule. To do this, in the list of schedules, click the Make default icon.
