If you have other team members, you can access the team data.

To see team reports:

  • Open the Reports page of the Reply interface and choose any tab from the drop-down (e.g. Emails, Calls).

  • Select the All team filter.

To see team members and their overall performance:

  • Open the Team tab of the Reply interface.

  • Click on a team member to see their personal statistics.

Note: if you have the Admin role, you can also add and remove team members from the team, change their role in the team.
