When using data enrichment and integrating contact information from Reply's Data, you can select one out of two options: standard or extended enrichment with custom fields.
Opting for custom fields allows you to add more information to contact profiles: this option updates contact information with 24 additional custom property fields, providing a more comprehensive and customized view of your contacts.
Unlike standard enrichment, which provides a general overview, custom fields enable you to tailor the contact management system to your unique needs, allowing you to store all valuable information about the contact, such as revenue, seniority, department, address, company LinkedIn URL, etc.
Important:
Once you select 'Extended enrichment with custom fields', you will change the overall contact schema in your Reply account. This means that all contacts will have the list of extended fields in their profile cards. Custom fields will be uniformly applied across all contacts within your team's database, including those not currently undergoing the enrichment process.
To view all the custom fields, navigate to Settings → Contacts → Custom fields in your account. However, be aware that you can delete these fields only via Customer Support.
Please also note that enrichment with custom fields is only available for contact information, not for accounts.
To use the enrichment with custom fields option, select up to 25 custom fields you want to add to your contact profiles. Additionally, existing custom fields can be mapped to new ones.
