You can use its visual builder to connect Reply with other tools, set up data flows, and automate parts of your sales process.
Connect Reply to Make
Follow these steps to connect Reply with Make:
In Reply, open Settings → API Key.
Copy your API Key.
In Make, click Create scenario.
Search for the Reply module and open it.
Add a connection.
Paste your API Key and click Save.
Once connected, you can start building workflows between Reply and other apps.

After connecting Reply with Make, you can choose from the available modules to build your scenarios.
Triggers
These modules start a scenario when a specific event happens in Reply.
Watch Call Tasks – Runs when a new call task is created by AI SDR
Watch Events – Triggers when a new event happens in Reply, such as email reply, email open, email sent, link click, opt-out, sequence finished, call made, or email account disconnected.
Actions
These modules perform changes or actions in your account.
Create a Contact – Creates a new contact.
Create a Contact and Push It to Campaign – Creates and pushes a contact to the selected campaign.
Delete a Contact – Deletes a contact specified by email address.
Get a Contact – Retrieves details of a contact specified by the email address.
Update a Contact – Updates a contact specified by email address.
Mark Contact as Replied – Marks a selected contact as replied.
Make an API Call – Runs a custom API request for advanced use cases.
Search
This module retrieves data from your account.
List Contacts – Retrieves a list of all contacts.
