Automations in Reply are an extremely powerful feature that allows our users to automate their routine actions. These are events that launch certain actions within the system when certain conditions are met. Automation triggers are account-based, therefore, users can set specific rules for their accounts.

How to create automation:

  1. Log into your Reply account.

  2. Navigate to the Triggers tab of the Settings page.

  3. Click the Plus button in the upper right corner.

4. In the pop-up window, select the applicable trigger from the drop-down:

5. Set conditions by clicking the Add condition button in the Conditions section.

6. Select the applicable action for the trigger and click Save.
