How do I set up a meeting booking?

The work of sales representatives, including booking meetings and following up, is time-consuming. Reply has designed a solution to control appointments easily using Google Calendar integration.

How it works

On your side

To start with the meetings setup, you need to connect to Google Calendar first. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Go to the Settings page;

  2. Open the Meetings tab;

  3. Click Connect Google Calendar:

  4. Pick the Timezone;

  5. Enter the Title and Description;

  6. Choose a Meeting duration:

This is it! You can copy the link from the Public calendar link and share it with your prospects or add it as a variable. What's more, it is personalized, so your prospect's name, email address, and phone number will be pre-filled!

On your prospect side

When a contact clicks the meeting link, they see a page with available time slots from Google Calendar. Here are their steps👇

  1. Choose the date and time;

  2. Enter contact information (if not pre-filled);

  3. Accept the meeting;

Once they accept a call, the confirmation page opens:

You and your contact will also get an email, so you do not miss anything. We will also send a reminder 15 minutes before the call. Now it is done!
