How it works
On your side
To start with the meetings setup, you need to connect to Google Calendar first. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Go to the Settings page;
Open the Meetings tab;
Click Connect Google Calendar:
Pick the Timezone;
Enter the Title and Description;
Choose a Meeting duration:
This is it! You can copy the link from the Public calendar link and share it with your prospects or add it as a variable. What's more, it is personalized, so your prospect's name, email address, and phone number will be pre-filled!
On your prospect side
When a contact clicks the meeting link, they see a page with available time slots from Google Calendar. Here are their steps👇
Once they accept a call, the confirmation page opens:
You and your contact will also get an email, so you do not miss anything. We will also send a reminder 15 minutes before the call. Now it is done!
