The Local Dial feature enables the pool of rented numbers. When you make a call, it automatically selects a phone number located in the same region with your contact making them feel as if you are located in the same phone area (usually state, city or county).
To enable Local Dial:
Log into your Reply account.
On the Tools tab of the Settings page, expand the Call Features section.
Enable the Local dial toggle.
If you have Local Dial and Rented Number in your account, the system will prompt you, which phone number to use when you will call your contacts.

Local Dial works for the US and Canada only.
Note
You can use Local Dial without renting a phone number in Reply account.
