Goal 1
In order to help Reply customers with lead generation and data enrichment, we've introduced the Data Marketplace. Here, you can connect with a number of partners (pre-integrated or not) to get the best data and prospects intelligence on the market. Partners, who can automatically push data from their platform or create highly targeted and enriched lists manually on request, are available. We've committed to continuously work on enlarging our pool of pre-integrated partners to provide customers with a variety of options in terms of data specialization, quality, and pricing.
Goal 2
Our team focused on improving stability and performance towards our goals of:
24/7 available service and;
loading time for any page reduced to under 5 seconds.
A number of changes to our pages, requests, and infrastructure were made to accommodate that.
Release Notes
Data Marketplace
In order to help Reply customers with lead generation and data enrichment, we introduced the Data Marketplace. Here, we've provided the ability to connect with a number of partners (pre-integrated or not) to get best data and prospects intelligence on the market. Partners, who can automatically push data from their platform or create highly targeted and enriched lists manually, are available.
Partners who are already integrated with Reply are situated in the 'Built-in' category. To get data, you'll need to sign up for their solution and perform a search via a variety of criteria. Then, you can push data into Reply and also add data to a prospect list of a specific campaign, usually via an action.
To work with a partner located in the 'Manual' category, you need to perform a live request on their website (with parameters of the search and the number of contacts/leads you need). Once this request is received, a list will be ready. The file can be imported into Reply via CSV import and added to a list or specific campaign.
We've committed to work continuously on enlarging our pool of pre-integrated partners to provide customers with a variety of options in terms of data specialization, quality, and pricing.
Performance and infrastructure
During this month as well as next month, Reply.io will be undergoing substantial performance and infrastructure updates to ensure quality of service and higher UI loading speeds. A list of the most important changes are listed below:
Queries to DB optimized (10+).
New read/write mechanics implemented.
Dynamic back end data caching added.
Number of UI components refactored in order to clean and speed up platform.
Import from CSV automapping is back
As requested by customers, an improvement in the CSV has been rolled out. From now on, during import, the dialog fields presented in the loading file are automatically loaded and mapped by name with columns from Reply's 'People' page. This will speed up the mapping and import procedures by removing unnecessary manual work and will streamline the feature UX.
For the next release, the team is working on moving such operations fully to the backend in order to improve stability and accommodate larger files (up to 100k limit).
