How does Reply count step delays?

Confused with intervals between your outreach sequence steps? Here's how Reply counts hours and days between your sequence touch points.

Reply counts each day of step delay as 24 hours. Step delay count begins after the last email sent in the previous step. If your step delay is 3 days, Reply will begin sending emails in 72 hours after the last email of the previous step, if it coincides with your sequence schedule.

Note: each step delay is based on the previous step, not on the first step. Weekends are included in the day count.
