This article describes the elements of the Reply all-time statistics view

When you open the Stats tab of any sequence, you see live statistics for this sequence by default. Use the All time slider to switch to the All time view:

Key Metrics

Click on any key metric to get the list of prospects filtered by this metric on the People tab of the sequence.

  • People count - The metric displays the total number of contacts participating in the sequence. 

  • Active - The metric displays the number of contacts with the Active status. For more information about statuses, see the Contact statuses article. 

  • Paused - The metric displays the number of contacts with the Paused status. 

  • Deliveries - The metric displays the number of emails delivered throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Opens - The metric displays the number of opened emails throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Replies - The metric displays the number of prospects' replies throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Opt Outs - The metric displays the number of opt-outs throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Out of Office - The metric displays the number of out of office replies throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Auto Reply - The metric displays the number of auto-replies throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Bounces - The metric displays the number of bounces throughout the sequence at all steps.

  • Clicked - The metric displays the number of prospects' clicks on links in the sequence.

Detail View

The Detail View section lets you see more information on a sequence's performance. There are two views - Brief and Detailed. Use them in combination with the filters from the Filters section.

Brief

The Brief view provides a compact view of the sequence statistics based on Steps. You can see which template was used in each particular Step, as well as Delivery rate, Open rate, Reply rate, and Interested key metrics.

The slider is used for variants (A/B testing option) and shows the performance of a particular variant in a sequence step.

Detailed

The Detailed view provides a detailed view of the sequence statistics based on Steps. You can see which template was used in each particular Step, as well as Delivery rate, Open rate, Reply rate, Interested, Opts out rate, and Not reached key metrics.
