Sequences remain active on either the trial period or a paid plan. When the trial expires, your account is automatically moved to the Freemium (Free) plan. It is used for storing data and exploring some of our basic features (sequence builder, Data and Chrome Extension search, export).

Since outreach is not included, your campaigns stop sending emails until you upgrade. Here is how you may upgrade your account and check the subscription options👇

  • The Upgrade button is always shown in the header:

  • Plans & Billing section of your Settings

Once you upgrade to the paid plan, the sequences will continue to send emails. If you are uncertain about the right plan to match your needs, please message us in live chats or email us anytime.
