Important!!!

From September 1, 2017 we switch the API to the new endpoint: api.reply.io. Make sure you change your preferences from run.reply.io/api to api.reply.io.

To access the API, you need the API key located under Settings - API Key.

Example of the API key:

AKp2BbuyfS-ugPMkBmd3sg2

All API request URLs start with https://api.reply.io/v1/ or https://api.reply.io/v2/.

For example, to make a request to get the list of contacts in your account, you need to append the people index path to the base URL to form a URL that looks like https://api.reply.io/v1/people.

In this case the API query looks like:

GET https://api.reply.io/v1/people?apiKey=AKp2BbuyfS-ugPMkBmd3sg2

In curl, the API query looks like:

curl https://api.reply.io/v1/people -H 'X-Api-Key: AKp2BbuyfS-ugPMkBmd3sg2'
